Agree with those sentiments BN56 - Uptrend firmly in place, Massive Director buying, Large Contracts, Broker re-ratings, Macro economic strengthening, Consolidation in the sector with Petrofac possibly a very attractive aquisition prospect. I expect any ex-divi effect will be transitory ie open lower by the dividend amount, with the continuation of the Uptrend pushing the price further up in the coming weeks, accepting minor negative price transience , as is the case with any uptrending stock. Ride the trend over the coming months and based on a sound appraisal of the company and the platform in place to support the upward price movement, imo. dyor & atb all

Route isn't a 'bot' - he doesn't reply to responses to his posts due to the difficulty in justifying his points, when saud responses are thought out and considered. A point in case regarding the earlier response to him highlighting the 'Value analysis' approach to most main market stocks v the 'highly' sentiment driven loading of most Aim shares. He isn't a bot but just someone who can't justify his position within an informed debate. What's obvious is that he's highly interested in the stock and is no doubt looking for his own entry. If that were the case RtR, the director purchases could have been much smaller (in comparison) to facillitate sentiment boosting. With the greatesr respect, it's naive to suggest such Large scale buying would indicate anything but an exceptionally strong level of confidence in the company going forward. Regarding whether such purchases are 'prudent' within the environment of 'wider developments', I think the Directors will do what brings them greatest reward within the flexibility of perceived appropriate conduct associated with stated guidelines - let's not further compound naivety. Well stated agema - sometimes people experience post trade disonance, due to the price going against them and greater potential gains slipping away. That's the underlying emotional cost of the greed v fear scenario being played out. I would suggest such disonance may be compounded, based on the upward trending price and platform for such SP appreciation. It may make it easier for the individual to go with that trend and the associated Director expectations clearly demobstrated and reinforced with personal funds. Each to their own. Dyor & atb all

The way PFC is going, along with overwhelming Director confidence through major share purchases, I really wouldn't be surprised to see those further Contract RNSs forthcoming soon - in the meantime, solid recovery of the price, beyond the amount covered for the Divi. Uptrend firmly established and looking very robust indeed.

This should carry on appreciating in price based on the strong underlying reasons previously discussed and accepting the usual, modest price transience that will occur in the process. The ex divi observations are somewhat interesting but effectively pale in the context of the larger uptrending price pattern. Good to be part of the recovery and I have no doubt, a very long way to go yet with the price appreciation. Atb all

10-50 Bagger when or if Oil is found - those who asert negativity towards the stock on the basis that 'no oil has been found', should bear in mind the current mkt cap based on that, lol. Aim stocks aren't heavily based on any form of 'value analysis' but sentiment loaded potential upside. This is a potentially MASSIVE, World Class resource being targeted by 4 FULLY FUNDED drills and with very near term NEWSFLOW due. The CEO described one of those drills as more akin to an 'APPRAISAL' well due to its proximity to an existent, known oil bearing resource. This is potentially one of those genuine Life Changing opportunities - I've no doubt we'll get massive inward investment / interest in the stock as we further approach actual Operations.

That should continue, moving forwards and based on the multiple factors underpinning such positive sentiment. Further broker re-rates no doubt and initiation of heavier inward investment from the larger Institutions from such, should markedly re-rate the shareprice. The massive Director Buying was obviously based on a much better informed insight into where this Company (and its Share Price) is heading.

Norhing goes up in a straight line but the underlying Uptrend certainly looks in place, with some positive consolidation of the price rather than larger divergences previously seen. Good to be holding and will look to purchase more at these levels, finances permitting.

Kilkenny dumping shares could be a 'big deal' given the somewhat illiquid nature of this stock. They may have another iurca 10M to go, along with that part of the recent Diyani Placing shares that are elligable to be sold into the market. I the meantime, no further newsflow in the shorter term that we can anticipate, to offset any such offloadings. Dyor etc

More to the point, what do the Directors know that we dont and which warrant such significant new investment in the stock at this stage!

I'm certainly familiar with the events around the Italian issue but would nevertheless would assert that the points previously made re: a possible Takeover approach would still be valid, regardless of what any contributor to this forum would think prudent or not. Also, that it would be naive to think that the size of the stock acquisition would be simply a 'prop', especially given that a sentiment booster could necessitate a much smaller (in comparison) purchase. The size of the Director Buying can ONLY indicate a very strong underlying sentiment for a significant price rise!
