Possibly....or indeed a straight Placing as previously undertaken. They're actively pursuing newer acquisition targets as stated and no mention of conditional upon current ones being relinquished. It looks like the Company are looking to agressively expand, which long term may prove beneficial (subject to succesful drill outcomes) but short term involve possibly extensive dilution and erosion of shareholder value. Interesting to see how that plays out!

It's good to see the share price consilidate somewhat and certainly the very strong Buying at the new, higher support. A good Uptrend in place with the higher highs, higher lows and the consolidation periods interspersed. A very healthy Rising shareprice and from a platform of Strengthening fundamentals underpinning said Uptrend. Good to be holding and certainly looking to increase my overall investment level.

Most people are ill researched Ojay, so you're going to get a host of flawed investment ideas being thrown at you, which a modicum of reasoned research can reject out of hand. Best keep it to MATD discussion imho. At

Existing cash reserves are going to be leveraged to advance existing licences, but the active & ongoing pursuit of new acquisitions will necessitate further fundraising. An interesting development?

They're cash position is also being utilised to advance existing initiatives but not sufficient for the new opportunities they've been 'actively seeking' for some time - be very aware that there's a strong likelihood of a Placing for ECO at any time and in line with that active strategy! MATD are fully funded for their imminent 100% owned, World Class drill prospects - very happy with my choice of investment.

I actually looked into Eco, read the requisite RNSs and looked at the share price movements over the time period I was evaluating - I gave it a miss and not just over the relatively small percentage of the licence they hold. I'm not going into all the specifics as this isn't the BB to discuss that but am very confident in my decision regarding said investment. Atb to all

A potentially 'Life Changing' stock essentialy - that terms bandied around a lot but very applicable in MATDs case. Certainly worth some holding level at least - those new to the stock, do your own 'independent' research, which I'm sure will validate the points made. Yes, like sunday, I'm in BPC too (as well as MATD), but holding those as yet, so hopefully a transference of funds too at some point. My general strategy over the next few years, is to move funds primarily into dividend paying stocks rather than smaller, capital gain prospects. Although I haven't realized the gains expected through holding MMX, I'm certainly hoping for a good dividend to be initiated down the line. That'll fit in well with my investment strategy going forward. Atb

Higher Highs, Higher Lows - good to see a solid support established, tested & held convincingly at circa 600p - the same way it did at circa 500p. Ready for the next progression Uowards and off a solid platform of news Contracts, Strengthened macroeconomic factors and alignment of Director interests / Confidence with the solid �10M share purchase, amongst others. Not long before we'll see the price move back upwards past the 700p level as the solid recovery gathers pace. Great to be holding for that - atb all.

It doesn't really matter, as the company has enough confidence in the set up going forward. We dont know the identities of those parties interested in acquiring MMX, but the current acquisition is a compelling one and a nice fit for us. The lock in period for the new shares issued hopefully reflects a view towards retaining the stock. We've been through a lot with MMX, from its early days as TLDH, through the ICAAN delays and then the exit of FK/Mozart and everything that involved. I'm here for the dividends that they're looking to introduce over the next 18 months, so quite comfortable sitting on this for that to happen - let's make it a decent one TH!

It was always about a Takeover, Merger or Acquisition. Those parties to buy out MMX were there until the end decision was made (according to one of the RNSs) but MMX chose the Acquisition route to maximise Shareholder value going forward. If they get those maiden divis out within the 18mnths stated, that perfectly fits my own investment plan with MMX.

I'm with sunday in that stock - not a bad day and some of those profits, when liquidated, will no doubt be seeing their way into MMX. Atb all.
