.Porn (et al) certainly will come into its own sunday as well as giving greater meaning & excitement to our fellow holder INSB - I can almost hear his sqeals of delight, knowing he holds part of the lucrative S*X industry in his hands ;) I actually want to increase my holding further tbh, as the company is proving its way to be able to deliver on the Dividend introduction - I think that'll be one heck of good yield on current price levels and no doubt attract those larger Institutional Buyers. MMX have never been in a Stronger position and likewise as holders, we benefit from such going forward. Atb

Looks like a large Buyer in the market too with the circa 400l & 330k individual trades......along with the multiple 100k trades. Some people can recognise a good deal - wonder if we'll get a Holding notification soon? I think we'll be back up over 9p soon enough. Dyor etc and see what the Company are actually doing. Atb all

Added to my holding with a 50k Buy at 13:21 - I did a 'dummy sell' prior to that and they were willing to take 200k in one go, so others also appreciating that this looks heavily Oversold! As the previous discussions have clearly emphasised, the deal tat's been negotiated is an excellent fit to current operations. We also have the other near term initiatives regarding the TLDs we're progressing. Once the Dividend is introduced, no doubt this will attract heavy Institutional investment from those parties restricted to only such dividend paying stocks - I believe that every share I purchase at these levels will give me an excellent yoeld to contribute towards my Revenue stream from stocks in general. My big ones getting bigger, for those fixated on such things - Nigel ;)

I'm sure you are holding a small one nigel - however, to reiterate in simpleton terms, it's all relative. Compared to you, I and many of the regular contributors may have a big one, albeit perhaps modest when compared to Institutions (and other significant individual holders). I don't think it's something you should feel insecure about nigel! Atb & enjoy the day

If you look back at my posts, I clearly stated the options were an Acquisition, Takeover or Merger - what I 'wanted' and what I 'expected' were not necessarily the same. Indeed, as time progressed, I was more inclined towards the Acquisition or Merger option, albeit I still would have preferred the Takeover, at the right price. However, as I constantly also stated, it was a WIN/ WIN, with a solid foundation for growth and importantly for me, we can start looking at a dividend being introduced at some point. As with the broker upgrades and now credit rating upgrade, all the pieces fitting together, to underpin further the concerted recovery and price appreciation taking place.

....so will focus on the underlying fundamental factors that are providing such a Strong platform for the stock to continue appreciating in price. Even though I'm sure we'll get an offer to Takeover the company from an external party, in the nearer term!

Takeover - maybe another reason why the CEO bought �10M worth of shares recently? I'm sure on the face of it, he has no intimation of such intentions, even if they were communicated 'unofficially' ;)

"The Acquisition is conditional upon regulatory approval by ICANN, which is expected to be received by 30 June 2018 ("Completion"). A further announcement will be made at this time." Perhaps we'll get more buying, particularly the institutional type as opposed to smaller private shareholders, when the deal is actually confirmed by ICAAN? The deal itself, as others have mentioned, seems a good fit, albeit not the Takeover that many smaller shareholders were expecting, hence likely the reason for the continuing drop. I'm hoping when all is officialy confirmed, we can start get fair value reflected in the share price.

The Uptrend is well established, with the consolidation and further progression from the 600p level now progressing well. With regular modest share price rises, intersoersed by the expected (and healthy) minor short term dips / consolidation, we can look towards a solid recovery and price appreciation going forward. Very good hold and will certainly look to add.

I think it'll be the Dividend introduction that will really get things going and reflect a more accurate share price. I'm sure that'll be in due course as the RNS suggested, albeit the sooner the better for current shareholders. In the meantime, I'm continuing to focus on the progress being made, which should reflect in the dividend paid, once introduction of such occurs.

Nice stability / consolidation here until the next leg up. Most of my watchlist in the red today, so good to see Petrofac consistently edge higher.

Let's see how extensive the Acquisition initiative is and how long any funds set aside can support such and before said Placing will be necessitated. Interesting to see how that plays out!

I think it'll be subject to a Takeover before long anyway bottled, but that's a different discussion anyway. Atb

Indeed, the existent and expected (although to be confirmed) funds should contribute to progressing existent licences but the ongoing Acquisition strategy may necessitate the Placing as discussed. My guess is that we may hear something specific regarding Acquisitions / Placement at the same time as news re: Total, to mitigate somewhat any negative sentiment associated with a Placing, albeit a large degree of positive sentiment re: Total would already have been loaded into the current share price. We shall have to wait and see but certainly an important aspect to consider and given the Company's publicly stated aims. Atb all
