I bought a bit of WG. today after it was mentioned here andas part of a 'staggered buying' approach to that stock - it's an interesting one!

I picked up a few of these, after someone mentioned them on the YU. page - looks like a decent BUY at these levels, imho.

I still have a residual holding here, as indicated in one of my earlier posts, albeit having sold off the majority of my stock.

Although broker ratings can be somewhat hit & miss, it is good to see a fairly robust valuation by Numis from current levels, assuming they've looked at company & sectir specific issues by specialists within the brokerages.

It's something Institutions will look at (amongst other factors), as part of larger buying or selling strategies.

The broker rating could be a positive, as still sugnificantly above current levels and not as big a depreciation as some may have expected.

If the price stabilises around these levels, then it would be a positive outcome, irrespective of any more rapid rise to previous levels.

Again, we shall see.

It would depend on if the Institition divesting is categorized as a 'significant holder' under the guidelines laid down for sucha

There is no fabrication as such a large individual trade would suggest some form of Institutional divestment and having been posted yesterday, the timeframe for such a Holding RNS, is still open - I certainly wouldn't be surprised to see one released in the next few days.

If its from a larger Shareholder, we could have that move towards the 400p level, much more rapidly than we may have previously envisaged.

Be interesting to see if an RNS is released regarding Institutional divesting of the stock and which parties are involved, to better guage the likely detrimental impact to the Share price.

Sub-mariner, I note your post yesterday at 18:52 and have asked myself the same question and am quite confident in my answer to that - if my posts are well intentioned and intended to highlight specific (and obvious) issues, then I'll be pleased that some shareholders at least would have benefitted from that insight and without having to 'gloat'. There are more informed investors who read this board, wont necessarily comment but who are well aware of the validity of the points I'm making - Sundaysuns singular post last night was spot on, imo.

If you note, I actually make very few posts here indeed....and that especially compared to the Promoters / Rampers of the stock, who are posting every few minutes. I may make a post, go away for the day and then make a few sporadically - however, my posts are inflammatory as they take away the emotive rhetoric and address the real state of play.

Mannan, you refer to the CEOs comments of 'talking to existing shareholders re: funding....' etc - that's market speak for the arrangement of a Placing, with said holders bein Party to that Placing, especially when taken together with the other factors I've previously mentioned and he explicitly stating that such funding options were open to pursue.

There may be attempts to villify me here but my posts are sporadic enough not to point to any concerted campaign to undermine peoples positions and have a solid platform underpinning the conclusions I (and many others) have come to ie - a PLACING is imminent and likely at the levels somewhat at a discount the pre 'Promoting' of the stock on various social media outlets.

You obviously have an interest in MATD - well done but do your own independent research and follow that up with coherant arguments that underpin your views.

Agreed, great stock with multiple Fully funded APPRAISAL drills scheduled in the coming weeks/months!

There was a 66k shares sale (circa £67K) yesterday evening, which looks likely to be some form if Institutional sell, imo.

I expect we may have more of the same in the coming days and / or a Holdings RNS indicating such.

As someone mentioned, it certainly looks like a good time to Buy, with the price stable at these levels and before the Operational activity (with its associated price appreciation) commences in earnest.

That along with the FULLY FUNDED underpinning of the multiple drill program!

...and the 'frenzy' here continues to lose steam, with the realization that the expectation of the imminent Placing is very real!

MATD is an Appraisal drill next actually with all other targeted drills all FULLY FUNDED....!!

I hold 1000 if the original 5000 shares. I tend to keep residual holdings in such stocks, in case I'm wrong - I acknowledge that and the fact that none of us is infallable.

However, I strongly believe in the sentiments expressed in my earlier posts with the associated reasoning underpinning them.

Do I think this will trend down to nearer or sub 400p - YES!

Would I buy back in? Certainly not now and until we have a better idea of the repercussions on the Company going forward.

Rampers seem to be losing steam - no doubt, more of them have taken profits....!

Someone asked where I was - certainly not watching this all day, unlike the organized 'ramping brigade, with their agendas.

The price has gone up a bit....surprised.....not really considering the concerted Ramping going on with the ridiculous figures being thrown around.

Does it change the likelihood of a Placing RNS hitting the market imminently - NO!

This will be about timing regarding who gets 'spiked' when that happens - I'm assuming the organized Rampers have already 'derisked' and are riding free shares now....risk free unlike many currently being sucked in, imo.
