Staggered Buying re: Funding8 May 2019 12:58
People were trying to Crucify me earlier for daring to mention a Placing, even with the very compelling arguments I put forward for such.
I see the same zealots, including the worst of them, now beginning to change their tune after no doubt 'cashing in' on the previous social media initiatives.
I'm going to try and put forward a pragmatic view, which will hopefully help some smaller private investors make money, rather than the usual large Institutions & 'rampers' only.
Firstly, accepting this stock is highly speculative.....but also that 'High Risk, High Reward' applies.
The Placing I believe is almost certainly on the cards for the reasons discussed previously but once resolved, should provide a good platform for a marked price appreciation for COPL, as the stages through to drilling and beyond are progressed.....and accepting all other necessary requirements.
Some would argue counter to the Placing and for alternative finance, albeit the concensus beyond any Financing outcome going forward is agreed on ie exceptional opporrunity for price appreciation.
A strategy that reconciles both is that of a 'Staggered Buying' approach ie a proportion of intended funds utilised now to purchase some stock holding, the remainder held back until a requisite RNS clarifying the issue.
The proportion bought now as opposed to being held back, dependent on how the upcoming Funding is viewed.
That's my pragmatic perspective of the current situation and with a view to aiding fellow investors rather than a mindless & blinkered 'promotion' of the stock and its associated victimization of individuals such as myself.
