Wider market sentiment has been hit, due to certain comments by Trump - every one of the Divi stocks I've been watching are down, bar one which js very slightly up.

Opportunities no doubt, for those with the ready funds available.

That's 'convenient' for you to think that Jay12, but not consistent with what was going on with the intraday pricing.....and certainly nkt with the supposed excellent News from the CEO, resulting in the plunge from 0.12p to circa 0.09p.

Large SELLS were being worked through in line with the background Placing being arranged, such Sells being taken up by multiple smaller Private investor buys fanned by the present (but rapidly fizzling out) 'promotional effort' across various social media platforms.

The delays for any News should also be Concerning as any outcome is contingent on beauracratic Approvals being given - that's becoming increasingly worrying at this point.

You at least acknowledge the 92 Million wss an Institutional /large holder SELL, but then 'conveniently' try to mitigate that with a supposed 93M buy, which we know from the pricing was almost certainly a SELL too - that's consistent with knowledge that a Placing is being worked through.........and current delays certainly don't bode well for your position here.

No doubt you & the other members of your organized mob, will be desperately trying to SELL on Tuesday morning, whilst trying to bolster sentiment in the meantime to achieve your best price, whilst liquidating your Holdings.....some of you have already done so judging by certain other key rampers having conveniently disappeared of late, as the reality of the situation has finally started hitting home.

Last years news - being rehashed out of desperation to hide the real Issue plaguing COPL!

Oh, just the 'odd 92 Million SELL that a small Private Investor must have put through......really!

Much more likely a large Holding being relinquished with the backdrop of a Placing being arranged. It's multiple smaller Private Investor buys that have been mopping up those Sells, hence why we saw the price plunge post the CEOs lse interview & PR campaign.

Why do you think the PR campaign didn't accelerate Buying & the Share price.... infact, did just the opposite!!

Good boy.....but perhaps try a bit harder with reasoned logic, rather than an angry tantrum!

You're quite right latino, back of matchbox calculations aside, that some of these resident 'experts' are naively using to justify against a Placing, the Market does know and hence why the fanned private investor buying action was being SOLD into - the previous 'high volume day in Canada resulted in NO price rise - the heavy PR campaign by the CEO resulted in a plunging of the price... this off the back of the supposed 'alternate finance!

A heavy wake up call on is heading this way, imo!

It's a binary outcome - oil will or will not flow, whether it's the 1st, 2nd or whatever drill we're discussing.

As far as Mcap leading into a drill, the points I make in my previous posts acknowledge that within the context of a strategic derisking strategy, accepting the binary outcome of such drills and also certain caveats (refer to said previous posts).

Regarding the Placing, I've given my reasoning behind such, whether people agree or not is their perogative. As far as reiterating such views, I will when I'm specifically questioned on them, albeit my posting is extremely limited in comparison to the prolific contributions of certain notable others, who seem to be communicating via DM's & Twitter (by their own admission) to orgaize a concerted 'initiative' here.

I'm glad to be able to provide a more pragmatic assesment, imo, of the issues here and I'm sure some actually appreciate that.

Sub-Mariner, thank you for the constructive dialogue last night (09:00pm). It was refreshing to be able to have a meaningful exchange of views without emotive rhetoric & sabre wielding, which most of us can accept is pretty pointless.

Your point on 'when the oil flows' isn't how I view this or any other oil play tbh, purely due to the binary nature of possible outcomes and the unknown regarding number of new shares issued from any Placement as well as actual results from logging.

It's more helpful in the way I look at investments, to evaluate the more immediate issues and their impact on the prevailing price of the share, as noted in my post last night.

If NO OIL is hit, it's all pretty academic, hence like most such plays the binary outcome needs a corresponding investment strategy, the practicalities of which are quite obvious.

If oil is hit, great....but many are acting as if that's a given, even those purportedly 'being in investing for 10 years and having made a bit.....blah, blah' - certainly not the way a mature investor would view such stocks.

Again, thank you for the discussion and others may want to scroll back to asses such views themselves - beyond the subsequent '3 Scrooges Meltdown' by certain individuals threathened by such dialogue.

It's actually been much lower than the current price and has quite rightly been recovering since.

It's good to see you 'rabble' migrate from other boards to make your contributions here. I certainly hope you stick around and post more often, as it provides some stinulation to the BB, which can often become somewhat quiet - perhaps as people can see the obvious underlying strengthening of YU.'s position and the steady progress of the Share price.

Bravo for trying and I look forward to more of your postings en masse, mindless or not!
