so yes harry has got it done, has finally done what he has been paid ( lets not forget incredibly well) to do for over a decade. and will get many shares and bonuses as a consequence, so congrats to him and shareholders that saw it through and continue to see it through, but don't berate shareholders who have had to listen to his lies and his typical AIM C.E.O behaviour while at times treating kefi like a life style company.

many will like Tula Kapi , but might well be put off simply because harry is in charge and the way he has conducted himself at times.

so yes im sure shareholders will forgive and forget while having nice gains on their portfolio , but many will remember the tough previous years and wont forget so quickly

true harry has managed to finally pull off the finance package he has been promising to deliver to shareholders for over a decade , and anyone that is sitting on a "paper profit" will be pretty content right now.

the past is the past , sure i agree to a point ,as investors you have to look forward , but too many investors that have been locked up in this share longer then 5 mins will remember harry is not the hard working angel you make him out to be. even now some current positive posters still think there can be the "harry delay effect", as you lot wait for equity completion , that thought is ngrained in shareholders for a reason.

short memory's here , i remember (and its still in black and white ) the many many rampers that were looking to try and boot him off the board , mithrel (mr 100s of millions of shares) crazytowner and others were trying to club together enough votes to send a message that shareholders were not happy. (would they really do that to someone that has been, what you have just described him as. this was all less then a year ago, positive posters were completely fed up.

saudi ownership has been reduced to a mere 15% from 40% plus , a major concern for me and a factor why i sold , its vulnerable , might not be right this second but moving it below 25% ownership makes it vulnerable on paper , and the bigger saudi gets the more valuable yet vulnerable it becomes. lets not forget harry while lying to shareholders on initial reasons was gonna dump saudi for the capital to get tk off the ground. hardly actions of a c.e.o who months later says its a priority asset for kefi, he went on record saying he wants to concentrate on majority owned projects when reality it was all about the finance. and likley his bonus.

harrys greed has cost shareholders dearly , the bonus scheme sneakily through the back door would be a major red flag on any potential new investor, a action he had to change , harry charging kefi extra to work 5 days a week was a joke , his bonuses had become a joke and charging kefi via his own company as a consultant effectively meaning shareholders pay him handsomely not once but twice is a royal **** take.

10s of millions raised and billions added to the share register while lying through his backside on interview after interview , promising one thing knowing without ratification he couldnt deliever.

he admits himself , kefi in hindsight lost 5 years. and while in that time shareholders suffered, him and mr leech continued to financially gain handsomely while never putting their hands in there own very deep pockets , when was the last time harry brought shares in the open market??? aligning himself with shareholders.

My theory the aim herd brought the rumor sold the news , it was becoming increasingly evident the banks were going to sign.

Aim traders brought into that rumour and frustrated long term investors that had been hear for years for that exact moment both sold on the news.

Volume was big before the banks signed , since has been pretty pathetic ,Hence why it dropped, like i wrote , classic buy the rumor sell the news.

Well let's ask the question , how can we determine if we have rampers here. What do rampers do?

For a start exaggerated claims:.... They post exorbitant, unrealistic stock price predictions and may claim a fake track record of past successes,..... most rampers here post silly numbers , recently it was 96p pmsl

We can all think of a few usual suspects that ramps up

Gold reserves, gold price,

and of course a favourite , the good old share price. And will use said ramped numbers and try tonconvince they are very conservative Haha.

Urgency and pressure: They create a sense of urgency, telling others they must "get in now or else" they'll miss out on massive gains....... let's face it how many times is the phase wouldnt want tonbe out of this the weekend written , or in days we could see an exceptional rise (most of crazytowners and kefigolds posts ends like this) as well as many others. Look out for them they are everywhere.

Lack of evidence: Their predictions are rarely backed by concrete, specific numbers. When they do provide numbers, they are often beyond what analysts or the industry consider realistic.

You ask why i believe further exploration is years away , simply put harry said so in a interview sometime this year that mine build will be the priority , and then a couple of years in they will start looking at the underground.

Lets also be very clear , kefi have never officially said there will be another few million oz og gold in the underground , they cant because A) they dont know it B) they cant prove it and C) they have demonstrated zero urgency in proving such a theory.

Currently the underground estimate i believe of i remember correctly has around 220k oz of gold that is economically recoverable. Not the millions suggested by rampers with magical numbers.

The underground model was supposed to have a PEA done on it back in 2015 , to my knowledge it hasnt been done , why havent they done a economic assesment and further exploration in the last 10 years if they want to go for it in the next couple of years.

Harry has raised tens of millions last few years , why not do some further exploration with it , he didnt , its just a number of reasons i believe the underground work comes much later.

Id add be wary of these rampers , they are quick to tell you when its to early to sell yet NEVER say when that perfect time is , why like me they dont know , otherwise we would all be millionaires.

Dont think im deramping or being a troll either , tk is a nice little project , its why most are here, but for them rampers to say theres a few extra million oz of recoverable gold when everything kefi have officially released says different is misleading, theres ZERO evidence to suggest it , i doubt random posters on lse have a better understanding of tk then kefi themselves.

Seriously can anyone reasonably explain why 1.7m oz is a worst case scenerio , it has to stsrt at 1.05m , ypu cant just add 700k oz , kefi have already said 1.05m is the number that is economocally extractable. Why waste money going after some of the resourse that will cost you money rather then make you it , makes no sence

To get a resource upgrade yoi need to be on kefi years from now , 2 years to build mine then exploration , reports etc

It Will be 2028 before gold is first poured at tula kapi at the very earliest. Another one of my thoughts that was shot to peices. But hey the gold price will be £56,000 a oz , and there will be a reserve of 64m oz giving a share price of 124 quid a share.
