The last few years has been all about the bank sign off, its all that was talked about here , traders piled in and took it from 0.5 to 2p before exiting to this new level.

The equity os no risk, it gets done and i believe the market knows it , why would the herd chaae a no risk evemt when theres 1000s to choose from elsewhere on AIM.

Whats the next catalyst after this full finance is signed off , seems to me investors have at LEAST 2 YEARS to jump on board before first gold pour.

Why would AIM herd be "pilling in" to something that is gonna only have constructuon updates for the forseeavle.

Redwhitemonkey , just be very wary about listening to a good handful of posters in this forum , if you had listened to some of them this would be 5p plus right now!!

This isn't a place to do research.

Most chatrooms on lse will have a handful of posters who will spout numbers and believe the Stock they are invested in is undervalued , its natural , they wouldnt be invested if not.

But when numbers are used with inflated gold prices and inflated gold oz be cautious.

A companys npv might mean that on paper the assets have value that translates to x y z share price. But a lot simply use it to see if its a but hold or sell, as many other factors determine the share price.

Such as

SUPPLY AND DEMAND (liquidity) currently not great ( most were in this forum for bank sign off not shareholders approval which is a formality , and the market knows it.

MARKET SENTIMENT ( much better then it was 6 months ago , but the hype was lost here after the banks signed ) now some are talking the shareholder meeting is the main event (one last roll at the dice i guess )

DIFFERENT GOALS , very few here say they will be here at 20p plus , reality they will be long gone much before then , but the very few opinions on a lse forum wont speak for the 10s of 1000s of other investors who will have much lower targets.

COMPANY ACTIONS , much much better of late. But harry has a long long history of thinking of himself first amd shareholders 2nd , some basic research will show you that. Harry will continue to look after harry and the big boys before those that write on a lse forum.

If your here for tk and a multi y ear hild you might do well , who knows , no-one can predict the future share price. Who knows whats ahead.

But the npv doesnt mean a guarenteed s.p of 18p , you ask how long it might take to get there , hows this for a reality check , quite possibly never!!

But going up is different from a "definitely rerate " in November, I'm jist not convinced , then again I wasn't convinced the s.p on finance would be much over 1p (I was wrong there)

Personally believe clarity on saudi, ongoing finance , licences surrounding tk will have a bigger impact on the s.p then November's meeting

I dont believe for a second now the banks are on board this doesnt get done. I personally believe the market thinks this too. Shareholder approval is also guarenteed , id be very surprised if kefi go into December and the share price is over 2p.

If the bank "re-rate signing didnt get it over 2p im unsure the remaining equity will!!!

My biggest question is if it doesnt re-rate in November/december what will be your catalyst for the new short term re-rate goal.

Someone asked me yesterday , would you ever buy back into Kefi? and it did get me thinking for a bit on what it would take to do that.

for long term holders obviously with a little hindsight seeing the Share Price not hit the targets talked about here, was maybe a little disappointing , and I'm sure most that held have since thought if only I done xyz. lets be honest the sellers could easily have been the ones wishing they held, we all gambled on the s.p once it was signed. only one group was ever going to be happy with the descion

that said for all Harrys faults he has managed to get the banks to sign , the S.P responded in my opinion fantastically and there is no doubt in my mind at least TK will be mined. i don't believe November will be a big catalyst as I reckon the market believes its a done deal.

so how does Harry get those traders/sellers back, id like to see more clarity on the following

SAUDI , Saudi for me has been nothing short of a 5h1tshow, and I think some real clarity needs sorting on the future of those projects. Kefi have done a poor job in convincing shareholders of the importance of our holding their by not only allowing dilution to drop to 15% for the cost of our exploration costs , but also telling the market they were looking to sell them to concentrate on Tula Kapi, Harry has since flirted with the idea for as LITTLE as 5m J.Q could be self funding , where's that 5m coming from? and how are Kefi to pay the 1m that's already owed on projects that are vulnerable since dropping below the 25% threshold, as they can now be brought out any time. deal with this and convince shareholders Saudi is still very much the future , more shareholders might re-join the register.

LICENCES SURROUNDING TK, Kefi lost them years ago , talk of them being handed back has been mentioned but very little movement from kefi has actually been done to get them back , the licences surrounding TK look really good , Kefi geologists have proven to be world class in finding some decent deposits, get those licences back before first gold pour and the revenue from TK could very well fund the next exploration. again will probably get sellers back. Kefi could also do some cheap work over at Konso and home in on some decent targets ready to be drill ready in a couple of years. again might get some AIM punters betting on the drill bit.

TK RESERVE, much has been said that TK will offer a lot more the 1.05m oz of gold, Kefi actually proving them numbers up will only bring in more investors , if harry genuinely believes there's at least another million oz simply prove it , it will only be a good thing for the S.P and the register. the difference between a 1.05moz and say 3m oz is huge.

DILUTION , how do kefi pay for general working capital and projects away from Tula Kapi moving forward , a legit question that if answered along with the above may see kefi reach new all time highs in time

Price of gold another 100 quid today , we could see more as its currently is in the (midst of a large mid cycle correction after a stratospheric increase). Thought that summed it up nice which i saw elsewhere.

Price goes up , 100s if messages saying the new value , when it goes down , nothing.

In a more balanced world of course the price of gold compared to last year has flown , and nothing goes up in a straight line. A correction as in retrace was always a genuine possibility.

I agree that the reserve could increase in the future. Its open at depth so you would hope theres more there.

Adding a couple of million oz and then saying we will get 5k a oz before kefi even say it , I find bizarre , the amount that bye into it i find remarkable.

Kefi have done what many many invested for , got the banks signed up , the share price responded and they got out, massive for kefi, I had my doubts many times, and while ibwill never be a fan of harry , credit where its due , he gave me and others a out.

Tk is a good project (not the best on the planet ) which CT recently claimed , and with the price of gold its better then it was. Of course it is.

MISLEADING CLAIMS , talk of 5000 dollar gold price times 3moz of gold equals billions extra in revenue is very inflated and misleading in todays world , yet stebo , kefi gold and others use it regularly, as though its fact. If 3m oz is there unfortunatly its still at LEAST 4-5 years away.

CREATING FALSE URGENCY.

Ever wondered why yhe likes of kefigold and crazytowner ALWAYS have a timer on thier claims , see for yourselfif you dont believe me , its always x amount of days to get in fl, followed by a tick tock , or a ct post of this time next week i fully expect the s.p to be x amount. Its designed to make forum members believe its now or never, get in quick , buy and hopefully reach pumpers exit points , yet the s.p NEVER gets tonthat promised land , and the excuse is made followed by a new short term time line.

EMOTIONAL MANIPULATUON , these guys do NOT want any negative spin on anything here, and will herd in numbers batting any balanced post away , all the while they will compliment each other to appear nice. A bit like stebo did with Caterham7 earlier , make friendships and fake trust. So evil to the opinions they dont want here (very quickly get posts deleted ) , so friendly to the ones they do like.

had 1.5% of the company in 2019 , sold most of them in 2021 ( your own words)

had 24m shares then 28m shares all at much higher averages then the 0.61 you have now

back down to 25m now at 24m , to get to 0.61 i guess a few more trades were done

expected sign off within 4 weeks back in 2023 and said Kefi was at stage 3 of the Lassonde curve ( bit premature)

only this month it was explained to you how to work out the percentage of a company someone owns.

unfortunately I saw no geology posts which is what I was hoping to see , I have spoken to other geologists privately and on telegram groups and find their opinions always worth a read.

I am expecting 5p-7p. Depending on volatility that might happen on the day of sign-off, or the mass-bed-wetting might come before the institutional investors pile in. Either way, definitely 5p+ within a week of sign-off.

The only way the sp will be 1.2p on day of sign-off is if the RNS drops at 4:45pm :-)
