Posters on stock forums and social media announce their share holding size for several psychological and strategic reasons related to establishing credibility, influencing opinion, and finding validation.

Im intrigued exactly why carefree invested so much cash in kefi, what research he done ,because at the moment he just gets pent up on opinion polls , and why a share price moved , very little kefi related comes from the poster.

The poll is done on the hive group EVERY month (like the hive group or not it has a lot of votes fron a lot of posters)

This forum suggested huge re-rates next month/next year , some are suggesting incredible re-rates on the horizon (opinion based granted)

The hive group had over 250 votes at the time of posting a week or so ago with a large number of companies being voted on

Kefi had one single vote.

My point, over 250 aim investors either didnt agree with the ramps here , or they simply wasnt aware about kefis main event. (Yesterday's rns has proven to be non eventful to the s.p)

Honestly you seem to be the only one that doesnt get that, and the more you bring ot up the more pathetic you appear to be.

For info (ill try and choose my words more carefree) a updated poll of the 2026 stockpicker now has over 300 votes with 100 stocks being voted on.

Kefi has a single vote , some fella called stephen_Jones (same as before)

The opinions here dont match those of 300 posters who invest or look at AIM stocks.

That's the only point I'm trying to make , theres a clear disparity from those invested and those looking in from the outside.

So please drop the poll saga , its simply an opinion poll (happy!!!)

Had many many debates here carefree ,you only rocking up a couple of months ago means you missed them.

In answer you your question on why im still here , I did in fact say recently im intrested to see what the equity deal is, being invested for a number of years im intrigued to see what it will look like , Is that ok with you? Beyond that its unlikley i will feel the need to return here.

In the lead up to the banks signing off there was volume , hype, an increasing s.p and kefi being spoke about on other forums

Kefi are about to imminently sign off (I have absolutely no doubt about this) but volume , hype , share price and kefi chat on other forums are all acting very different to the lead up to the bank signatures off

With a supposed imminent re-rate to all time highs , a imminent equity sign off that is supposed to be "the main event " why is the s.p drifting , the volume is a shambles and the positivity of a major re-rate only spoken by a few rampers here?

I understood it on the bank sign off , yet the words of some dont match reality at the moment , there was a comment last week saying here come the buys as people try to get back in as example. No-one has to try and get in, they can buy at will , and the volume suggested that was a little OTT at the time as the s.p has continied to drift a little.

Any suggestions why its so different this time.

NOV 2023 (YEP 2023 )Decent volume with a decent rise now that the recent seller exited.

Someone always knows and someone always tells, so good volumes could be the tell for financing approval.

From this point looking forward it seems that financial close, first draw down, resettlement and construction commencement are less that 2 months away.

If the company is as bad as some are saying, it wouldn't have got anywhere close to the above.

The latest broker note gives about a 4p per share valuation, but this is extremely conservative, so I am expecting at least this, and significantly morewhen mine operations commence in 2 years

Read a comment earlier that this will definitely get done , i cant think of any posts suggesting this doesn't get done , once the banks signed up this was all a done deal in my opinion.

Volume , share price last month or so, and the market in general all suggest to me this is a done deal and all priced in

The market isnt reacting the same way as the lead up to the bank signatures as example, the banks signing was no doubt the main event.

Timelines and lateness mainly created by posters here , its incredible how many posts have been dedicated to timelines on where kefi are with the paperwork, those posters simplt havent a clue , harry himself said he will get this wrapped up in a month or so , (those words always suggested there was always a chance it went into december ) he also put out a rns mid novemeber to say the syndicate agrees full launch by year end. I repeat year end , I cant help thinking the timeline posts are designed only to create a bit of hype here.

Obviously im not as convinced as most here the equity deal will be as good as many suggest , harry has never ever put shareholders first. (Genuinely cant think of a single time) so why start now.

Those with the money will want the best deal just as much as harry , they are buisness men/women , hardly gonna go in and say harry whats your terms and where do I sign.

I always saw dillution , part reason for exiting (i might be wrong) , consultancy fees need paying. Success Bonuses need paying , saudi needs paying , who knows what saudi bill is currently , it was a million over 2 months ago, wages needs paying , plus many other bits and bobs.

Harry also mentioned the 10 million owed will come at a later date when all is settled down. It ain't coming in the next few months.

So timelines , no one has a clue
