Is harry between a rock and a hard place21 Dec 2025 11:10
i really hate aim c.e.o's , thats not just harry by the way , but an opinion of the wider c.e.o especially in the mining sector.
think some forget who not only pays their wages every month but whobthey are also representing.
harry done all the hard work and managed to get not 1 but 2 banks onside for tula kapi and then he goes to a loan shark for 30m, its already acknowledged its an expensive deal to kefi by the positives here. crazytowner has also pointed out they are giving away 180m worth of gold for 10m. and thats at todays prices. how's that right in anyone's book.
how can a 18x guaranteed return be fair if the equity was over subscribed , was that figure even negotiated , why didnt harry say listen j.g your being a greedy **** , its over subscribed we will give you a 10x on your investment , something by the way shareholders can only dream off, the same loyal and patient shareholders harry has took 10s of millions fromniver the last few years.
nick mentioned how happy jg was , you bet he was , hes just secured a unbelievable deal for his company. not for the kefi shareholder. no wonder hes screaming about it all over the web.
i get harry was prob caught between a rock and a hard place , alternatives are probably coming to retail, its not something he has had any issues with before. but i just think the terms could of been better negotiated.
it also begs the questions , whats the rest of the equity deal gonna look like and where on earth is the cash gonna come from to pay 5m in consultancy fees , saudi exploration which is prob now sitting closer to 1.5m , bonuses , general wages and company costs etc.
lots still to raise from a company that will be making zero in the next 2 years plus.
good news once equity deal is done ill bugger off , i might make a guest appearance every now and then , and ill also return to collect my debt from qnard , £10 and a pint sounds fantastic
someone said this flys monday if a rns is released. hmmmmmm not so sure personally.
but good luck and a happy xmas!!!!!
the time to reinvest in kefi for me would be seeing what the landscapes like near construction end.
