Before you invested in kefi , did you do any research (posting history suggests not) and did you look at the forums, were you not effectively engaged in kefi yet not invested at that time.???

For clarity I made it pretty clear it was a POLL , I made it clear there were over 250 votes and I made it very clear that only 3 voted for kefi. All aim investors as all the companies were on AIM.

Opinion polls , are used everyday, for and against goverment , sports fans for their teams , value for money say with travel firms , all will say a percentage felt xyz

Carefreecarry , you keep going on about unanswered questions, I answered your silly question regarding why it moved from 0.5 to 1.5 or whatever it was , what questions are actually outstanding?

Yep artar have been patient with kefi , but rob they have been handsomely rewarded for it too.

At one point kefi shareholders were paying 40% of ARTARS exploration. Those outstanding costs were paid for in dillution of the project.

Kefi were then paying 25% of saudi exploration , once again those costs were paid for by yet more dillution in the projects and moving kefi under the 25% threshold which means at some point in the future theres a chance kefi could lose the lot against their will , ie they have no choice , a catastrophe of a deal in my eyes.

Artar have been patient , agreed , but let's be honest they have had huge discounted exploration costs which the kefi shareholders have paid into , and for those 10s of millions to the projects the kefi sholedholder has paid into , they have effectively PAID to see those projects dilluted with no return.

Does that really seem fair to you? It seems very one sided to me

Again fair points rob , but looking it from a different angle ,I agree with a posters earlier comment kefinwere prob caught between a rock and a hard place , but if the relationship with ARTAR was that great and both looking to do a fair deal why didnt kefi negotiate that 10m for 5% rather then 10% , seems fairer to me

Maybe harry felt at the time it was fair , but it wasnt just about the percentage for me , it was taking it below 25% that made it a really poor deal in my eyes.

Again pro side harry mentioned in the webinar that it was ARTAR questioning the decision to put the saudinassets up for review. That reinforces the relationship argument , but ARTAR knocking kefi ownership from over 40% to 15% for cost why wouldnt they want kefi to stay, so far its been discounted exploration for them.

Rob out of curiosity , hypothetically, if any such deal was available , would you do it before pfs or after.

Before would surely be cheaper but more risky , however after might confirm what they believe but more expensive once unknowns become known.

That said kefi would have as much access to the info as ARTAR , not like its a new company coming in.

That's a intresting point you make Rob , give up hawiah for a more controlling stake in J.Q , harry mentioned J.Q specifically in the webinar , and made a comment that spending as little as 5m could effectively move j.q tonwhere they want it (words to that effect )

If thats the case rob , the obvious question is why they havent already done that?

For whats its worth (if anything) I loved the saudi projects , hoowever the drop below 25% was a big deal for me , the strategic review late 2024 and its reasons were very poor descions by management. Saudi future isnt entirely in kefis hands

That said if kefi could get back a holding of over 25% and take away the threat of losing it , i would consider reinventing, would ARTAR give back 10% for 10m ? let's see how the current bill will be paid for first.

I wrote significant copper

I also wrote in acknowledge many other metals

No-one disagrees they are not worth having, i have simply challenged kefi dont have 3.1m oz of gold as posters have included ARTARS stake. And their worth of 100m plus.

I have questioned harrys long term commitments to the projects when he puts them up for potential sale late 2024 because he wants to concentrate on majority owned projects only to say a number of months later they are no longer focused on selling because they now have the funds for TK.

since he has suggested its back as a priority at the webinar by implying he may spend 5m tobget J.Q up and running (not sure where that cash comes from).

Rob correctly points out it has a significant copper deposit , and QNARD again rightly says Hawiah has plenty of other reserves apart from gold , its why investors loved it , but again raises thoughts on why letting go off 25% for costs was a sensible move.

Are you so worried by my view on saudi you have to change the subject promptly.

Sometimes tonwork out the future you sometimes have to look at the past , I'm saying currently the projects appear important , but the c.e.o in the last year hasnt gave that impression by putting it up for sale.

Rob , yep i agree hawiah has a significant amount of copper, one of the biggest in the world , i guess time will tell on that one.

Its fascinating harry let go of 10% of potentially one of the world's biggest copper deposits ,all for £10m worth of completed exploration costs owed.

Letting that dwindle down to 15% was criminal from harry. Looking at selling it to get funds in for tk is mind boggling.

For current investors keeping hold of those vulnerable projects is a must , personally i dont see kefi being involved in them long term , simply by the words and actions of harry, again time will tell , last time he spoke about it , he gave the impression it was back on the important list

Kefi have absolutely NOWHERE near 3.1m oz of gold , 1.05m is the only real number you can go on right now. i agree highly likely to increase

Yes rough calcs. But the key for me is kefi have approx 15% of a resource which means we have around 250k of a resource , not a reserve , HUGE DIFFERENCE

Whats even more alarming is 12 people dont really understand what kefi actually have.

Which also begs the question, if kefi could mine that 250k oz for FREE and sold it for 4000 dollars a oz over a 10byear period, a measly 25k oz a year

Shame. No-one answered my message where 3.1m oz of gold has come from. Was written 3 hours ago too.

Just recieved the typical responce from the bonkers haters , im presuming the total resource of the 3 projects have been added together to get the 3.1m magic number.

My understanding is kefi have 1.05m oz of gold from Tula kapi thats mineable, and pretty decent grade too from a resource of 1.7m oz

Hawiah has i believe 745,000oz resource (not mineable )and is a pretty big silver play

Jibal qutman has a resource of 902,000 gold , again resource not reserve (financial studies still ongoing, so not in the reserve categorys)

1.7m (tula kapi) plus 902,000 plus 745,000 equals around 3.3m oz

However i still dont have any idea why that number has been used , having even less idea why 12 people have recommended the post , so im presuming im very much in the wrong here , hence why I'm seeking a explanation where my error is.

Kefi have 1.05m oz of mineable gold from TK , add 200k oz if you want to include the underground

That leaves a RESOURCE of 1.65m oz from saudi , last time I checked ARTAR owned 85% of that resource. Meaning kefis share is only a little under 250koz from the total resource , NOT RESERVE.
