Kefi just need to stay on schedule with mine build , hope the politics surrounding ethiopia and neighbouring countries is quiet and as tula kapi gets closer to being online and the risk reduces im sure more investors will jump on board.

In the meantime time I expect kefi to move with sector related movements.

For me what would have a impact on the share price would be some news such as decent drill results from exploration, some meaningful saudi news which doesnt mean dillution of the project or something thst will cost a lot of money which kefi dont have and maybe the gold pruce as they get closer to acctually being a producer.

I ALWAYS felt a quiet period would be had after finance , despite the traders pretending to be long tem holders abuse , and thier talk of many institutions coming on board meaning a significant re-rate to 5p plus.

Market is all about risk.

Kefi will do ok once priducing gold , thats however not on the immediate horizon and there will be opportunities elsewhere before its time to invest here

100m for 117,000 oz of gold at JQ and 90,000 oz at hawiah , thats the resource too , not whats been determined economically minable its just the resource.

To be fair hawiah also has a load of silver and other metals , but still in resource stage.

That then leads the question. Why would ARTAR pay 100m for a project they are getting more and more ownership off because kefi haven't been able to pay their way.

At this time there is still ZERO money allocated to saudi exploration.

Maybe mithril 10m will be to pay for exploration in exchange for all the silver and some gold at tula kapi

Mithril royalties will do more then ok out the deal , any gold and silver that comes his way would of simply come out of what would of been a benifit to shareholders.

I might submit another question to kefi , not that they ever answer anymore , they don't like to answer difficult questions these days.

But my understanding was that the huge placing effectively was in place of the other stream etc.

Why dillute shareholders so much knowing talks were still being had with mithril , it also makes the rushed placing giving the excuse for the war so amateurish at best.

It was a good update on tk , a few wanted that here and will prob feel a little reassured.

The mithril deal im naturally more suspicious then you , for me harry has never had a problem raising money , its how its spent , kefi have been incredibly wasteful on previous years where money is simply spent like monopoly money.

Let's see whats in store , but the timing of another deal raises a lot of question.

the raise was done because harry felt he couldnt wait any longer , raised **** loads of cash at heavy dillution which included a cash reserve to get it all done and dusted.

now he has given away all the silver and more gold for money i didnt think kefi needed.

Hi hope all is well.

What is it about the ebola that concerns you? Im certainly no dr , but my opinion (migjt be wrong) is that ebola has been around for some time , and isnt passed on like respiratory viruses such as COVID.

Kefi are in very early stages of construction , even if the worst happened and it took them a little longer to get things across the border (not sure why ot would as machinery cant be infected with ebola) then they might be a little behind schedule. That can be made up just as much as time can be lost in construction.

I still think the security and political risk is more of a worry for kefi over the next couple of years , all very much within country and would effect the share price in a more worrying way.

Of course even the threat of war has calmed down .......for now at least.

At the moment I dont think ebola is a cause for concern for kefi right now

MIGHT do well tomorrow, ggp and most aussie miners went up between 5-8%.

Prob to do with the latest news with iran and the states.

Gold went up a little too , so while producers will benifit more there might be a positive day with the markets in general.

Yes theres potential to the underground , theres no doubt about it , once tk is producing id expect kefi to have a good go at it , would be money better spent then divis.

Any confirmed resource upgrade from drilling will be well spent.

But the fluff im talking about is all this nonsense of satellite images to the west of tk heading to Sudan

And no-one can determine how big or small the underground will be that will be determined by drill results.

I mean you say they intend to go exploring, I wonder when you think that migjr actually happen.

My understanding was that the underground was gonna be explored in believe in year 2 or 3 when funds were coming in.

On top off that kefi themselves say the exploration budget is small but more importantly are conditional upon not needing it for devolpment , I mean when will they actually know the answer to that question.

Kefi haven't put their hands in their pocket and actually explored for years , im incredibly sceptical that it will start prior to first pour at tula kapi.

Reasoning for this is the history and kefis own words above.

Lack of exploration has been a big bug bearer of mine for a number of years , all the money raised has been. To get tula kapi over the line which you reckon is cheap and to pay bonuses and general worrying capital.

Dont mention saudi exploration, kefi haven't actually PAID for that. Thats been paid for by dillution in the projects
