I have been on carefreecarry filter list since last year apparently , yet recommended one of my posts yet again recently, does make me chuckle

I 100% agree the announcement of who's on a filter list im guessing is for the benifit of who's been filtered.

I honestly couldnt give a damn. And have quite often recommend posters filter me if they get too emotional on what I type

Xhita says the board are world class , that only says to me he hasn't done his research and looked at the history.

Being a brand new investor with a large holding is only great for current investors, they should be happy someone has took such a postion.

But to not understand why some investors need less talk more action and not understanding the reasons why just shows the lack of knowledge.

Harry has LIED many times and the change of bonus via the back door as only one example shows that retail are way down on the priority list , all new investors dont believe it and in time THEY ALL come to understand it.

Looking at graphs and slides provided by kefi and then spouting them as fact doesnt mean they are fact , history says what jefi says and does is not always accurate , its great if some believe thats where kefi are , but long term investors should be more then forgiven if at times they are a little sceptical.

The latest raise as example , investors were told there was already more then enough money in the tabke , harry also said there were other options, yet in a panic and on a whim decided to go down the route with a huge huge raise , and simply blamed the Iran war as reasoning.

Assets at kefi are good , construction of mine should be on track , tk should make kefi decent returns.

But.........management have proven time and time again that they have the descion making to set kefi as a while months.

Serious questions still remain with saudi and finances through to first pour , and again some can be forgiven if they are a little nervous on what the answer to those questions are.

The company has took gigantic strides forward last 6 months , yet how's that reflected in share appreciation.

People shouldnt be naive here to think 6 months might be stagnant in the share price , especially as we are not time travellers who can see the future.

The arguments on what the s.p would be looking like today has only proved very few have a idea , those that argued constantly at the thought this would be any less then 5p at todays point have all but disappeared

Reality its 1.1p per share.

I too believed there would be no share appreciation beyond finance sign off , its why I sold

Why would institutions sell now at a loss a couple of months after finance when they knew gold pour wasnt until 2028 earliest.

Personally I have no doubt you are a trader here rather then a new long term holder as you suggest.

When you arrived I said looking at your posting history you will be posting a lot here , will be contradictory and will leave as quick as you came (2 out of 3 already)

You say you are loading up on shares and announced your buys , yet at the same time say the stick will be volitile and there will be dark days ahead (why not just wait for the dark days and load up then)

You have a fascination with buys showing as sells (honestly who gives a damn , and as a long term holder why would it bother you what your trade shows as)

You want to come across as balanced , but seem to have a little tunnel vision and emotional within your responses , you have a positive spin for EVERYTHING, (trader talk) although I do seem to challenge the ultra positive I do think tk construction updates is unnecessary right now , especially so soon after finance sign off.

You want to appear as in the know, some of the statements you make are intriguing, and come across as though you have been made a insider or have inside knowledge, but you always fail to let the forum know where that information has come from. (You dont need to ask for specifics , just look at your posts).

Surely someone who comments on l2 data understands every buy needs a seller and vice versa

With regular commentary on his buys showing as a sell would only demonstrate and evidence that its not accurate.

Dont think @Xhita really understands how much dillution shareholders has suffered over the years or how much money has actually been raised all to get TK over the line.

Saudi has also had massive dillution

Hubstar and others in the past keep mentioning 100m plus , personally I think this is just a ramp hoping that some will buy into it, especially as they dont mention how they come to such numbers.

Saudi for me is worth considerably less , and probably the reason why they went down the dillution route.

Firsty id look at the kind of companys that would want to buy kefis share.

Some suggest majors , I cant get my head around why a major would want to spend over 100m and keep up with artars costs for such a low prize. These companys want major assets that bring in major revenue. Why spend 100m plus on a asset thats being explored still, when they can spend considerable less money on a asset on aim and own 100% of it.

A few takeover news last week.

You then have smaller companys that might appreciate the percentage size , but even then you have to continue spending more money on exploration to keep up with ARTAR.

The only buyer I can see if saudibever went up for sale is ARTAR , they already have forst right of refusal at fair market value. But why would they even do it. They have managed to get over 25% from kefi just by exploring and taking more ownership as kefi couldnt pay their way.

With zero funds allocated to saudi ARTAR will just expect further ownership without paying a single dime other then money already spent on exploration , which is of course in their best intrests.

In its current state , with money still to spend and the returns kefi are likley to make id be surprised if they got 20m for it in its current state. Honestly I would.

Its all very well some saying "but in 10 years time it will be worth xyz"

Do you sell your house (a asset) on the basis of future value , or at todays market price.

The gild will of course attribute some value , but nowhere near whats been suggested

It was incredible how many of the posse dictated such nonsense on this board.

I predicted vast majority would be gone not long after finance , and here we are on a dead forum with little volume sitting at 1.21 pence per share , despite finance secured.

Also as predicted the small amount of true long term holders remain, plus one newposter.

I personally dont see the drop back to low 1.20s as entirely kefi related , gold has had a bit of a pull back , and the sector as a whole has responded.

The raising money debate , has been mentioned that hary wont ever dillute shareholders again , that has been mentioned for the last few years after every raise.

Tk finance is secured. The mine is being built , I have no doubt about it , if i was to invest I wouldn't need to see a photo book of such progress. If not its one of the biggest frauds in history. Tk as far as im concerned is a done deal.

The questions remain for me beyond tk , saudi has a host of questions that need answering such as how future exploration will be paid for , why money hasn't been allocated for saudi and why after all these years they are all of a sudden trying to put a value on it , especially after the strategic review late 2024

Id also want to know whats the plan on the 6m budget. That figure has been put aside , they didnt just roll the dice and say right landed on a 6 , means 6m , there must have been some kind of thought process on what they want to achieve and spend it on.

The underground at tk for me will be drilled when tk is making money.

The licences around tk , im not convinced any progress has been made on that , im not sure legally there is anything that can be done. Its prob a very sore subject for kefi but for me until I see askari lose them its a waste of time and money , otherwise the appeal process would of surely started.

Other finamce questions remain , but........ as I always felt , once finance secured it would be a dull 6-12 months before things start heating up again regarding tk as it heads to first pour.

Its why I sold, but also why ot remains on my watchlist

Firstly I dont currently hold shares (been well documented)

Secondly I know some cracking brits , fantastic humor and great too be around. Try not to knock us because one of them annoys you

Third , low expectations, that depends , unlike the Spanish we dont fluff everything up, pre empt nahhhhh many many here were very bullish, including myself at some point , we simply say , or write what we see. I call it balanced expectations.

How much gold do you think kefi will benifit from saudi on a yearly basis, and how do you feel kefi will pay for saudi moving forward. When will further exploration happen at tula kapi , what do you expect from the underground.

i simply responded to a suggestion that we might see a photo book. that i didnt think it will happen because harry has said on more then a handful of occasions he doesnt do them for security reasons.
