Amers, does he really want to turn things upside down or tweak a few things to protect his investment but more importantly it seems the products and get them to market. We could see a bit of a flurry but the only thing i can see of re rating the sp to somewhere it should be is SALES.

If the vote goes no , and IF the bod offer DN a seat on the board and IF DN can arrange funding to see us through this still does not mean DN will be in control of GDR and the board, he may have a seat and may be able to have a say , but he will be under an NDA and wont be running the show ,possibly he does nt want to as he has his own other interests to deal with . It seems a no vote will bring the mesiah and save the world, not going to happen.

Just thinking out loud for a minute regarding financing if the no vote comes through . Firstly they would have to listen to DN and most likely offer him a seat, if that was the case then as a large % of his shares are held through his company . Is it possible he may finance it through this way with a "loan agreement" with staged payments which could possibly off set against tax , not sure on that though . With breakeven due in 12 months time it would not be that long to wait for returns and also securing a healthy profit on his investments????

Well if you are looking and hoping to get the BOD to see your point of view calling them names is not the right way to go about it . I would much rather work with them than against , , I like the fact DN is putting his money where his mouth is so to have him working along side with anothe CEO would be beneficial to the company. There are many reasons whyy we are in the position we are but now is the time to move forward and as they say a change is as good as a rest.

Hi Amers, i am assuming by your honest admission regarding conversations with DM that he has confided in you on how he plans to help finance GDR once on the board, be it himself or contacts. I am not asking what he plans as that would be a breach of trust, just that does it sound feasable and plausable, going by your rescent posts i am assuming you feel it is a very positive yes???.

Expect another RNS tomorrow then from the company , reading between the lines from DM , he may not fund the company going forward but may know a way/man that can . Thank you for the clarity DN.

What really annoyed me from the desperate RNS today was they are basically saying , agree or the company folds, would they just give up their jobs just like that ????? At least DN has put his money where his mouth is by buying shares .

This is by no means straight forward, the bod may be correct in saying no official funding options have been made available , but they also say DN s offer is not official. By voting yes we will have funding for the next 12 months ish , but with massive dilution, but would a no vote force their hand in having to hand DN a seat on the board and then also accept his financing option from which we have no idea only that he states it would be non dilutive.

I am not buying into this conspiricy theory although it is very possible, for me it is a case of not very forward thinking and nievety/ineptitude in carrying the company forward. Cheek would have been the perfect candidate for where we are now as i thought he had the drive and the accumen to plan and execute but with his rant regarding the NHS imo he had to go , if that was the reason. It would be interesting to know if David Nugents financial offer ws put to the BOD officially and if so what was it and why was it rejected. I hate the thought of being diluted even more but the thought of not having the chance of getting the tests to market properly and being able to recoup my losses will be worse .

Thank you for clearing that up David, so he is not selling up but was unable to partake for reasons others have suffered , and well done to the BOD from blocking a shareholder in topping up , that has hit the highs of most stupid post ever.

as it looks to me we have funding for about 10 months from now if we dont have any increase on sales tax rebates etc hence the target of more funds by the same time next year. But if they are predicting to be EBITDA by the end of q2 2027 the sales are not going to come in the last month . These statement s may not be great reading in one way but seemed to have addressed one complaint of over ambitious targets where they now seem more realistic.

How long near to medium sales is i have no idea 2,3,4 years but targets of £190m per annum is not to be sniffed at and full world wide annual sales at over £700m shows these tests are not mucking around .

Are these figures nailed on certain, not a chance nothing is but it shows the potential of what could happen , its just a matter of what is going to trigger the start , NICE and FDA approval will go a long way imo.

If the BOD are watching , that is how you come up with a plan to be successful and execute it to perfection to achieve your goal , congratulations ladies.

Amers, i concuur with your thoughts long term as to what the sp could reach , i have managed to get my average now down to 4p ish , not great based on where the sp is but with what i feel the prospects could be in the medium term i feel that holding on is a better bet than selling and moving on, I may well be wrong but that is where i am at based mainly on what news is due, i still dont understand why we have gone from 2026-2027 on break even , it may be they are looking to be more realistic than optimistic , we shall have to wait and see.

Lionel, that is one big pair of cahoonas you are showing there, just one thing though the share and the products are not the dogs it is the BOD . i really hope your average falls massively and you get out with a very good profit, also topping up just not in your league.

If they have been forward selling over the last few days the they have been making over 10% profit

We have 30% more buys than sells and still sitting at a 55% loss someone has just bought £10k worth of shares from a barcs account and it move less than a point oh i forgot the aim market is true and fair.
