Lionel 1 , my gut feeling is the offer will be beneficial to GDR, this is only an offer so far and nothing has been signed or confirmed but i like the fact the bod and DN are in discussion . I really would nt be surprised that in 4-5 months time something similar may happen. DN seems determined GDR and their tests dont fail.

Amers, i think if people really looked at the numbers that have been stated, some research on when and at what price takeovers tend to happen then they would really be in for a shock . Until we are in the £20-30m sales range i dont expect any offers but when they start i feel there may be a few looking to get in .

If we get news of any funding deal stretching to 12-18 months with little or no dilution then we will be up and running big time. With FDA approval possible by August September next year i really would nt like to guess what the sp is but i will be in a position to not worry about a 5 day week that is for sure.

If it goes ahead in q1 next year as suggested it should take about 5-6 months max, the beauty of an FDA application is it will only take in to account is that it works whereas a NICE approval also thinks about cost effectivness and other altenatives so approval should be straight forward along with data already collated . There are companies in the US that will assist in applications for about £20k to avoid any pitfalls that can arrise and in my view that would be money well spent.

The economic case has already been made when NICE published its guidance for CYP2C19 testing before prescribing Clopidogrel, in which it states that as long as a test cost less than £1920, we are 10%of this excluding the cost of the machine,

From the lows of .23 and only peaking of over 200% up on basically very little cash generating news, just makes you think what could/will happen if we get some sales , applications or contracts,.A

DN has been around a few weeks, Amers has been here so much longer. Any post on this or any board can be taken with a pinch of salt or used as a tool to do more research . There is a possibility a new deal could turn up or not and DN is the new hero to save the company. Amers has been very clear and honest in the info supplied but only an RNS will back up anything either he or even the BOD states. I would even go as far as to state the next 2 weeks would be a good time scale to wait and see what happens . It is very clear to see there is always people around to discredit any thing or anyone that show positive attitudes, but if you look at the sp and what it can do over the last few weeks on relatively no news that will give you an idea on what can happen on good news.

Well done Eureka, this is something that should be done on a regular basis from the company , personal contact should have been made for a regular catch up.

EC , as we have seen over the last few weeks the sp has motored after rejecting a finance deal which should have been a big negative . If the momentum shifts with GDF and a non dilutive funding deal is put in place and other news come to fruition this could well and truly fly, how high not 100% sure but dont disregard Amers thoughts.

Amers maybe not but i would much prefer them all working together in the right direction than against each other.

Amers, if we get all the news we are hoping for i do like those sp possablities , but we would have had no chance if the dilution had gone ahead. I am hoping the BOD swallow a little pride and converse with DN as it will benefit every shareholder of which the bod is included.

I would nt be surprised, that is usually how he works , buys in round millions and either at the start or the end of the day to have effect on the sp.

The sp was blue as i thought with the rises over the previous few days there would be some big selling taking profits , looks like the market has changed a little since Wednesdays result , lets hope it stays that way for a while and we get some positive news regarding another finance result. Looks like DN is still buying going on some of the big buys as well.

Managed to get my average down from 34p to 3.3p, with finance deal in place ,FDA approval and roll out next year i can actually see a chance of pulling in a little profit next year some time.

Eureka, i am very much like you in that i would love to know which way it will go . Amers to be fair i think is trying to play devils advocate, it seems he may know what DN has in mind , but that will rest on a place on the board. if that goes ahead then it seems like the financing options could then be made available. We have had hearsay for a good few years from the bod , itlooks that DN may not take that long , HOPEFULLY.

Amers , would i be correct in thinking that DN has hinted shall we say in how financing could be handled. I dont want to know how but it seems from your posts you may have an idea????, if so thats good enough for me.

Eureka, its in the finer detail of words for me , DM said it is not down to hm to fund the company which is very true, he has never said he wont/cant . He has said it can be done without massive dilution. The bod and any other company would want an NDA in place and DN would want to be able to carry ou DD before offering any type of funding reccomendation be it through him or a third party, if they can get over that hurdle then the company would be in a much stronger position both now and going forward.

I am hoping we dont hear from DN on this board again as that will mean he has a seat on the board, NDA signed and a finance deal is being put together. Now is the time for the shareholders and the BOD to start working together and get the sp to where it should be.
