Garonne, I think it is very likely to be a multi bagger as you say but in time you will be asking yourself by how many . Depending on how long you are prepared to wait will determine on how many . Once the raise is completed we will have about 1.6b shares in issue but dont be surprised if we see 5-10p in time.

Nissan, i am at 3.2p but cant see that being a problem this year now just more patience required , this the best position we have been in for a long long time .

Well its a big fat yes from me for all motions and time to raid the back of the sofa again , cant afford my full allocation but will get what i can , i can see this being over subscribed at 1p with the nesw we have coming this year , PLUS being fully funded for at least 12 months if not 18.

MIKODX, under normal conditions i would agree with you as 600m share is a huge amount but if we raise £6m it will have the reverse affect i think as this will give us financial stability up to and beyond FDA application and approval as well as any news from NHSE and NICE not forgetting any other sales and trials

We all know i feel that there will be a fund raise fairly soon that should see the sp go lower thus allowing David to add a number of shares he is after at a much lower price, the only reason i can think of as to increase his holding now is to supprt the sp from going lower thus allowing the dilution to be as small as possible , WOW.

This is definately Mr Nugents buying style, but by doing so when the funding deal is carried out it could mean the sp is higher thus he will get less shares , the good thing is less dilution for all holders. With him being a business man then possibly people who know him proffesionally may well start looking and joining him in purchasing shares as well . I am optomistic as to where this share will go this year based on the news we are expecting but also with the enthusiasm in the way DN is buying with confidence.

I would expect to see the proposed fund raise happen this month and by the looks of things it is going to be around the 1p mark and then it is just a matter of waiting to see what happens. If we can raise the £6m hoped for , throw in a few tax rebates and some sales we could well be funded until q4 next year which would bring very good stability to the company. I have been trying to work out what could happen to the sp what with the news that is expected this year and to be honest all i can come up with is guesses from 4p plus possibly into double figures. Based on this and previous greed in this and other shares i have now worked out some top slices at reasonable single figure numbers that will give me a good profit but still leave me with a good % for future growth . Like DN it seems i still feel this has a long way to go before reaching its journey end and having been here so long i dont really qwant to miss it GLAF.

Technically it is possible he is in profit, but try selling 3-400m shares and keeping it quiet, every time he goes through a threshold we will all know about it.

Once the fund raise goes through the 2 shareholders will own over 30% of the company , roughly. Is that a good thing or a bad thing, the bod wont be able to get anything passed without their approval i think. I feel they are both in it for a positive outcome so also for shareholders, exciting times ahead i hope.

Following the last fund raise last year we had an sp raise to current levels, i would nt be surprised if we see the sp reach a new level after the new fund raise taking into accout it could 6 times larger than the previous one.

Andrew i think the risk has been massively reduced after yesterdays rns, we are basically fully funded for the next 18 months or so without any sales, we know that there will be 2 applications to the FSA this year , more news on possible nhs rollouts. What we dont know is what our 2 backers have seen but you would think it is quite good if they are to stump up £3m at a very good rate. Being greedy with AIM is most peoples failing, beeen there , butnot holding on to winners is just as bad sometimes, setting some top slice targets is not a bad thing to do , profit is profit and then let some ride for a good while to see where it might get.

We have the largest shareholders who have seen what is under the sheets so to speak, convinced the bod to throw some more cash in added a few more incentives with the lab testing and then said, dont worry all we will fund it , you can have some as well and we wont rip you off, lets see who can spin all that in to a negative ??????.

The big fly in the ointment is where it says, where testing is available, if they start to look at the costing of buying the machines and the tests over lab testing then we will do very well, only time will tell.

As he is under an NDA i assume we may never know before it happens, i am not in the theory that the bod have turned him so to speak as he has as much as anyone to lose so some positivity is definately there, lets not forget that more funding is going to be needed by end of March/April so is DN thinking of covering that also as i cant see the sp being much higher than we are atm as news re FDA application is not due until the start of q3. If he is going to come up with a funding package of some kind then personally it would be beneficial to the sp if this was announced near term than left until the last minute . The big problem EC is that all costs relating to lab testing are centrally funded where POC tests are funded by trusts so they will be the preferred choice suggested to doctors etc even though tis is detrimental to the patient and the tax payer as they are the ones coughing up the cash be it centrally funded or trusts , all crazy politics.

That report just sums up the stupidity that is in the NHS, the report states that lab tests takes days for results then they have to track down the patient beit in the hospital or at home before administering any drugs and funded centrally, whereas a test that can be carried out in an hour an adjoining room has to be funded by the trust/hospital, costing has not even been mentioned. With idiots like this in charge no wonder the nhs is in a mess.

Lionel, Rud, i think they are both good assumptions of where we currently are . Funding is still going to be an issue over the next 12 months or so but with DN looking to provide further funding , and hopefully all the pilot studies hopefully leading to wider range contracts to be confirmed along with FDA applications and approvals then any further funding will be at a much higher sp than we are currently at . Congratulations Lionel on your holding, lets hope retirement comes sooner than you hope it will happen , the second half of 2026 is going to be very interesting.
