Nissan i agree that currently it looks impossible to get to high end single figures currently , but i feel it will be the second half of the year when we MIGHT see a change hopefully. FDA applications and further updates from NICE will make a difference if and when we get them. What have the 2 main investors seen that makes them so confident?

No still here just waiting patiently, i was nt expecting too much in the first half of this year and so far i was right but the second half i am hoping will be totally different. Our 2 main shareholders have had a look inside and on the back of that decided to fund the company with over £3m and that is not to average down in the hope it will come good but they have seen something they liked where the company will end up . We have 2 world beating tests that will change lives but unfortunately not over night just not sure yet how much patience is going to be needed.

Guy,any of the sales team are commission then they will definately not be enough to buy a dozen shares at the current price. i have a slightly different view on where the sp could get to but would nt say no to 10p either.

5-6 months ago we didnt know if we would still be going and if so at what cost?, thanks to Messrs Nugent and English we are now financed for about 18 months with as good a deal as you get with Mr Nugent looking to keep the company going until we are profitable.

Like many we have a good idea what news will do to the sp and when it may happen the problem it it wont happen for a while . I have some top slice targets in mind which could be hit in the next 12-18 months which seems like a very long time but like many lth s who have been here for the last 4-5 years hoprfully it will fly by.

Fb, totally agree with your thoughts, yes all 3 are astute businessmen and are here to make money but why cant they also do some good in trying to make sure the company survives so as the tests can get to the distribution side at least country wide. So many people line up to kick someone whey they seem to be doing something worthwhile instead of applauding them, make me sick. Mr Nugent and Mr English have put their money where their mouth is and to be honest it has given every shareholder the chance to recoup their investment otherwise it may well be gone, so i for 1 will be giving them my full backing. Hopefully DN will post something to disclaim some peoples thoughts and accusations but for me they have already done that until something comes up to disprove that.

May well see Mr English has increased if the new shares are distributed as well .

There are 2 people who usually buy in 1m chunks and we know who they are , wonder why they are looking to increase their holding..... if its them.

I would think all motions will be passed on Monday but it is going to be interesting if all funding has been raised , if so then i can see the sp going up but no idea by how much as the market i am expecting will see this as a positive regards financing despite more shares issued as this is AIM and not the normal market , sentiment is king

MIKODX. it is a dilemna and one i have been in but decided to lower my average from 34-3p and from what has happened over the last few months i think now it was the right decision. You say that anyone getting in now has the chance of getting a great return, that could be you as well.

Has there ever been an AIM share that has looked to raise £5.5m funded solely by shareholders with hardly any dilution???? . This should take us easily in to the middle of next year fully funded and with FDA applications due this year for both tests and hopefully approvals the future is the best it has been . The one thing we need now are sales to back up the belief shown in the company and if that happens then we could all be involved in something very special imo.

II s like certainties , this is not there yet, wait until we get FDA approval and sales, then lets see if they like it but they will be paying a lot more than a penny, they could even have mine, at the right price lol.

+Error on my part i think , just checked and i think i got my reading wrong Peel are just the brokers and not taking any shares just open to existing shareholders, even better.

Hi FB, i think Peel are taking some as in the rns the 2 shareholders are taking £3m and i am confident they set the sp so as not to dilute it which is why i am surprised Peel have gone along with it, they must be confident of a prifit if so .

Next month there will be another 550m shares on the open market available to be sold, or will there???? In theory yes there will be but only if people sell them . The majority of the new shares will be in the hands of the 2 largest shareholders, the BOD and you and me , the shareholders. I think Peel are taking some at the sp set by DN and Mr English but for those looking to buy in the offer who will be looking to sell at 2p for a profit or looking to sell at a lot higher sp??????

Nissan, i think you are going to need a little more patience than you are currently showing. Totally get your frustration , the fact we are still down but give it a few more months and things may look a lot different than they are right now , who knows once the fund raise is completed we may see a chang eof sp

Technically TK it has nt , we have an offer on the table that is far superior than what was offered last year so do you think it will be passed or rejected????

Andrew, i like your plan but when you say its unlikely not to go to teens but to 10p there is not much difference, why not let your last tranche ride the waves to the teens and not 10p, for me this share will never get to its maximum potential as i think it will get bought out but at what price and when????? for me not for a few years but at a lot higher price than 10or 20p i think.
