WOW there has been some egos scratched for it to take this long to come to this result. Yes the tests are quicker and cheaper but we will stick to lab tests and let the patients suffer. With a lab test it will require another visit for consultation, cost £200 , it may mean longer spent in hospital, £345 a day, tests is £80 , yes this makes perfect sense.

At least GDR , trusts and hospitals now know they have to pay so GDR sales team can get on with selling and the heads of departments can now statr processing and working the machines and tests into thei budget for next year.

Yes a machine is £2k a test is £80 Mr finance officer but we can get the patients home on the same day freeing up beds and i and my staff dont have to keep repeat consultations and free us up for more patients , and yes they are still cheaper than getting a lab to run the test, print and repeat .

Stocksaint, nobody said it was going to be easy and straightforward , i think the FDA application could well be the trigger as there are not so many hoops to jump through as with NICE but cant disagree with everything else you say.

To answer a question from earlier, £1m will not be enough but it should put us in a position where we wont have to cripple shareholders with massive dilution and the sp will be in the pennies and not fractions, hopefully.

Further on from that Amers, as DN stated in the rns that he fully supports the tests and company so there is nothing stopping him from funding the company further if needed.

Boot , your maths are correct, the problem with AIM logical maths dont always work, ,we are predicting about £1m in sales but have a £10m m cap, if we get £10m in sales then add aim sentiment then Amers thoughts wont be far off.there are a lot of iffs and buts to fill those gaps , it could go belly up and end up with nothing and that is the gamble but if you go back a month things have improved no end we hav nt signed any sales contract.

DN had the bod by the short and curlies and could have stitched them up good and proper but chose to put his money where his mouth is and came up with a deal so good nobody would have even considered. We now have somebody with a business accumen who can hopefully guide us with the help of the bod to get the tests to market asap . And for the bod congratulations as they have also played a part in getting this deal done and dusted.

Amers , i feel your 10-20p is looking very good now for next year as no dilution is on the cards atm, be interested on your thoughts of what could happen beyond your 12 month target.

We were going to raise at.2p, where do you think the sp will be in 12 months time if we need to pay him back , it is a great deal.Lets not forget it is also in his interests for the sp to go up as the value of his shares will increase.

DN s statement is even better hinting that more funding may well be available if required and only 10% profit asked for after 12 months , better than the bank return but far from greedy.

I am working on the theory that DN is under an NDA and that he cant buy, the big buys lately is not his usual MO as they are not even number shares and the timing is not right.

It seems the market and shareholders are expecting news soon regarding the loan deal , maybe in the next week if not sooner. If we can get above 1p and hold for a few days that would be a great achievement and even give us a foothold to be able to push on further , hopefully heading to 2p for christmas, now that would be a good present for all of us.

Well we know that both tests work and the medical profession want them lets just hope the funding position gets sorted and the regulators and decision makers get their act together and get the tests selling, desperation no, frustration most definately yes.

One way Gino could make a difference is get the deal done with DN, but he is right in regards to the government getting their finger out and getting the ball rolling . We have now had 2 tests that can change lives, how many other tests are out there that can do the same. we are not talking about thousands of pounds per test we are talking about saving thousands of pounds in future spend. For a £100 you will save a childs hearing, how many visits to hospitals , medical staffs time and resources would be saved but we still have all this pontificating going on as to whether or not it should be used. Forget for a minute we are shareholders, we are also potential parents, grand parents, aunties and uncles and relations to people who could suffer, this is soooooooooo frustrating and maddening.

Thats what i have been saying for ages lol. A very factful and honest summary of where the company is at, hence why the funding deal with DN is vital in the progression of the company and he and the bod know that. If they can get that over the line in the next week or two then it will get very interesting.

Eureka, from my understanding in the wording , they were the only II or fund raiser that got back to them, in the time allocated. pure speculation on my part, II s like a nice easy return , no hassle or risk and that is why every company that needs money quickly get shafted as we have done over the years, a legal loan shark. It seems DN has been invested for a few years now and being a business man saw the potential and put his money where his mouth is . The last year or so have seen some big developments for me as regards approvals, genetic testing and medicine is going to be the way forward and the norm , GDR are very near the front imo and DN has jumped on it which is why i feel funding will go well and maybe further funding could be in the package.

A good post Lionel, I am quietly confident that funding will be sorted a possibly funding further down the line as and when required. In one of the recent rns the company stated that short to medium sales would/could be £135m and i am taking that to be roughly 1-3 years with overall sales world wide at £400m . Momentum on news and possible roll outs is starting to gain traction, add funding into that equasion then the market could easily re rate hence why i feel Amers 10-20p prediction within a year is far from unrealistic. The big buy today is not DN s normal mo as he tends to buy chunks in millions whereas this buy is round figures , but who knows??????.

With time running out regarding any finance deal , i am hoping the bod are not looking at the deal with DN as a noose around their neck . I would like to think the deal would be favourable but we will need more funding in the future for sure it will depend on what news and sales we get as to how much and when.

I would like to think Amers that if a deal with DN was going to happen it would be quite quickly, possibly by the end of next week and if so that could kick it over the 1p mark and stay there. Topping up when spare funds are available as like you say 10p in the next 12 months is very possible with news flow and momentum gaining pace , 900% profit in a year is nothing to be sniffed at imo.

This is a done deal for me , there will be an offer of some kind on the table and all that is left is for the contract to be drawn up and the money transferred over. DN will stand to make more money from his shares that he holds than the return on the offer as the offer ensures an increase in the sp which in turn increases the value of his holding, plus the BOD have already stated they could not get a better deal than the one they proposed .

I also feel if needed or required more funding would be made available at a later stage , for eg every 1p raise in the sp increases his pot by over £1m so it is now in his own interests to help the company grow towards self funding .
