For once Slacker you are not far off the mark , i can see him funding the next raise for q2 until we see a vast improvement in the sp around q3 so well done for getting it right for a change.

Slacker, every share on the AIM market is under that threat and pressure, but you know that in the same way you know DN will also fund the next cash we recieve and then in q3 most likely we will then raise some more but at a much higher sp than we are now . So my real question is, do you really own any shares and what use are you really??????

The cash burn has always been around the £450k they reduced it to £350k by taking into account potential revenue this was stated in an rns some months ago but hid it in some other statement , Amers does nt i think but has the same potential outlook as myself.

Well the loans are for 12 months and if you think Amers is correct then anything between 10-20p would be a rough guess

HI Amers, thanks for the offer but looking at hiring a car for the day, cheap as chips and quicker. looking forward to looking the bod in the eyes and asking a question or 2 lol, hopefully DN will be there along with a few others. I have a lot invested so makes sense to see what i am invested in so to speak.

Agree Amers there may be some box tivking rns brfore the agm but i cant see any real news much before March/April that couldmake any real impact on the sp unless we get news of sales from individual hospitals and why would they if they can hang it out until the new financial year. The sp has held up well over the last few weeks but with no news likely over the coming months the sp is likely to drift , to how far i have no idea. No trains running for me on agm day just wondering if anybody is thinking of going?.

As was said earlier in the week we are now entering the lull before the storm . The agm is at the end of the month which is a box ticking exercise and then it is just a waiting game before we get a run of news next year where we were given rough timelines of what is expected to happen regards FDA applications results of trials etc.

We willget the usual few that say we are going down, running out of money , the bod are useless and so on but the presentation gave us the information as to when we could hear news, DN has come up with the funds and the backing to keep us going and seemed to comvince the bod that news to the shareholders is important also to the sp so the only thing to do now is show some patience .

Is it just me or does the comms from the bod seem to have improved somewhat since DN has entered the fray. I am not saying they are perfect but a little more clarity seems to have appeared , something which Amers referenced would happen, totally agree with news and timelines drifting slightly and the sp may slip but it seems lately everthing is being done to keep it above a penny lately, wonder why ?????

Even with DN s current loan i still feel we will be 12 months short and i think it will be wise not to hope, expect or rely on DN funding us for that amount of time even though he has implied more funds could be available . If he was prepared to allocate funds to see the company through t o q3/4 thenwe should hopefully be in aposition to raise the required funds to the point we become self sufficiant.

I dont think its a case of going up soon but more a case of going up, we are at 1p currently if you look at what Amers is saying that the sp could be 10-20p in 12- 18 months time that is a great return , if yo think he is exaggerating by 50% that puts it at 5-10p over 18 months , where do you get that return tax free. I think you may find DN is looking at a similar timescale. he currently has 127m ish shares it gets to 10p and he has backed the company with a few £m to get there thats not a bad return . What we have towait for and realise THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN OVERNIGHT , but very likely it will happen now.

Having been here for 4-5 years ish , we are currently in the best position we have been for a long while, nothing is certain but if the bod and DN can continue to work together then i think all long term holders can come out in profit , but most of all hundreds if not thousands of lives will be vastly improved all over the world.

To all those who said DN was after something, you are correct , he is after the success of the company, Gino said yesterday they were speaking to a major shareholder about further funding and now you know who he was talking about. it is obvious DN has an NDA and going by the presentation and the delivery of realistic expectations he likes what he has seen and so do i, well done David.

Both applications are due next year, 1 in q1/2 and the other in q4. What i dont understand is why NICE and other bodies are so reluctant to fully approve both tests when it has been proven they both work and save money and quicker, cheaper than lab tests, the experts and proffesionals all want this type of testing and saying this is the future. It is on their doorstep but still not using it.

As regards future funding, yes with the DN deal it only gives us 3-4 months of funding , but DN may come back with a better offer but as i see it he is hoping the sp will be in a better position so as to raise further revenue at a much better deal, £3-4m at between 1-2p is so much better than 0.2p that was on the table before.

I wonder if there is a test about that does all of those things to save the NHS money, bed times and patient inconvenience,,,, when are the decision makers going to start looking under their noses??????

Totally agree Lionel, but i am hoping /expecting a re rate on the sp q2 onwards next year when FDA application is in and funding becomes available in the new financial year. What we need over the next few days is funding news and just hoping the signing is being held back so as to rns it tomorrow or Monday. With an sp re rate we will then be in a position to raise the required funds at a much more favourable rate than the 0.2p we have been looking at .

And if potential investors had listened to the nay sayers over the last couple of months they would have missed out on a 300% profit also , so nobody gets it right all the time best is do your own research , make your own decision and accept the results, unlike some here who blame everybody except themselves , Slacker.

Lets hope we hear something soon as they are cutting it a little fine for news.

Stocksaint, when the money men sit down and work out the cost effectivness of the tests they will sell . Heads of departments are strting to do their budgets for the next financial year already so they can work the tests into that . It is not going to happen overnight but there is profit to be had . But we need a fiancial package in place definately.
