Spot on Roger , but i prefer when not if, a roll out and it will sell itself in the UK . With that in the bag that is where the sales team start to earn their money by informing other distributors and countries we have full approval, a bit like Apple phones now , they sell themselves and so will these tests because they work and improve lives and relatively cheap and easy to use.

Nothing has changed in the last 6 months or so in so much as we have had no sales hence why the sp has slowly fallen , if/when sales start and produces a steady income then the sp will start to rise . Is this down to the bod or the process in waiting for approval. Once we have the approval then we will know for sure if it is the company , until then it is still a waiting game along with every AIM company in getting products to market.

Admitting you can be wrong is a good trait in my books, as nobody is perfect all the time. Jimi as far as i can tell has been working on info he has gained and deduced as no official news has ever been released on timescales. If we have funding until November then i would still like a deal of some sort in place by the back end of September just for security by which time we should have had news by then.

Rose tinted glasses have long gone with GDR Roger, just hoping the BOD have enough about them to get this over the line and that they already have a plan regarding financing the final push already on the table as and when it will be needed. As regards any takeover , yes we are in a vulnerable position but any big pharma would much prefer to pay 10,20or even 30 times more than you state if they are profitable than take a gamble with £30-40m in the hope , that is why they are the big boys. The next few weeks will be interesting just to see which way it goes , i have a few quid put by ready to top up and reduce my average lower than 8p if it comes to fruition .

2 things which we need in the next 5-6 weeks are funding news and roll out news . The wording will have to be correct regarding roll out and then funding will not be a problem . From what we know officially there is no problem with the test so news should be positive it will just be a matter of how long it would take so then we will have a timeline on how much funding will be needed. If this is worse than we are expecting then what roads will be left open too us as to raising £3-4m , more shares issued, get into bed with Peel again , bank loan. Any route will cost and dilution is obvious but will the pain be worth the gain, still more questions. I will bow to your experience Stephen and get that you wont be participating but what would your preffered route be in the unlikely event we have to wait another 6 months for a positive outcome?.

Gloria, i would nt let any of them run a bath let alone a country , Lab or Cons . Dont like unions hence no labour, none of them have the nouse or gonads to run the country. We are broke and woke and i cant see that changing with any of them on either party .

Jimi, dont tell EC what we think it could get to, he will have a heart attack lol. Gloria , 1 more raise hopefully for about £3-4m at best should see us through to break even at best. Roll on 4 more years of a Labour government lets just see how many more tax rises they can come up with in that time to give our money away to anybody who they feel like it.

Regarding FDA application, there was a pre submission aplication a year or so ago and fom that they would have known what requirements were needed for the aplication, what was said at that meeting was never released but subseqiently they came up with the q126 date and then 1 year for full approval. Things have moved on quite a bit since then , De Nove is now down to 150 days approval IF al relevant documentation and results are forthcoming , so based on those assumptions full approval at the latest should be q4 2026

A rough guess of 3-5p initially, possible fund raise for £3-4m and then when cash starts to come in , pick a number ????

Its really interesting reading some of the posts this week, some posters are getting moaned at because they have just reported on dates that have been quoted by the company who are going on what the authorities have said. Firstly when has any authority managed to achieve dates and targets they set , these will change to suit themselves , there is only 1 real question so far and that is will we get the news we are hoping for and will that then bring in revenue????. There is one big critic of the company that feels it is possible, and Roger has put his money where his confidence is , and only time will prove his gamble and others investment s right no matter what is said and written here. Genomics in the NHS is the future and we have 2 very good tests that will head up that advancement along with the IP we also have . As to whether GDR will be owning the tests is a waiting game . Yes the BOD have made mistakes along with every othe BOD who work for a company , its called life , lets just hope life is going to be kind to all that are currently sitting on a loss holding shares.

Roger, every AIM company has the potential to do well not just GDR and that is why people invest . you sold out a few months ago stating you wont be back but here you are , so my question is what in your opinion has changed in the last few months that has increased your thoughts that profit is available . We know funding is an issue so is it the impending implementation news which should then hopefully lead to a funding deal to see us through the next 6 months or so . MEsales and FDA application due q1 2026, that is now only 6-8 months away . Whatever you decide to do i hope it works out profitably for you , and hopefully all of us.

Roger, i agree somewhat that the US market is big but when taken into account it is appox 30% of our market.The big step up will be our first contract outside the UK, that will be transformational , US is the big cherry on the cake. We first need to prove the tests can be sold outside the UK .

Rud, i totally agree we will be taken over by a big pharma its just a matter of when. From the info i have managed to find normally that does nt usually happen until revenue statrs to roll in as they wont gamble but pay a premium on certainties. To get to £5-10m per annum is still 12-18 months off at least imo if we can keep the lights on that long , then to value it is a toss of the coin . Sometimes it can be 10x the expected income per annum for this category but i feel whatever the first bid is it may well be topped by another bid as there will be more than 1or 2 pharmas keeping an eye on this , which is why i think your top of 16p will be well and truely smashed IF nobody thinks about offering in the next 12 months . Only time will tell but sales and contracts are the priority and a little dissapointed that even at this early stage we have not heard anything since the CE approval.
