Just imagine the charge to buy shares when we get the final dilution at 15p with a 5% discount after FDA application and a £5m order from the Middle East. If you are going to make up stories and predictions , at least make them good ones.

EC, read the first sentence again that i wrote instead of reading what you want and just for note with a 30% holding a hostile takeover can go ahead so 90% not needed. If you think a 6p offer would come in and no counter offer it is you with your head in the clouds lol.

Firstly it is very rare almost unheard of for a takeover to happen until the product has a proven cash flow which we are nowhere near yet , and secondly just because we had a supposed offer of say 6p, does anyone really think that that would be the only offer from all the pharmas in the world and they would just sit back and say oh well we missed that one . This is a very cut throat industry, if we got an offer of 6p there would be more to follow. How much is the IT worth , the basic world value thet we know of is £200m income per annum gross when fully rolled out, so even at 10p that is only £55m ish , when you think most takeover targets are normally 10x that if not more.

With sales news we have and no applications most definately thats why i am hoping in 6 months or so we will be in a different position.

Imo the chairman buy in was to steady the falling sp at the time, but this did nt work, as regards financing next year i am hoping we get FDA application in late q1 earlyq2 which hopefully will increase the sp so we could then raise about £6m again but without the huge discount which HOPEFULLY will set us up until we become self funding. For me we are near the perfect trading time for those to get in or for new holders who are looking to hold for a good few months . For long term holders like myself with averages over 10-15p there is still a way to go but hopefully doable.

It will be interesting next week to see how much more meat we get on the bone regarding how far down the line with FDA application and what route we take . reading on here some are thinking 2 years minimum but it could well be next year depending on how much research is required etc. This is slowly building up a head of steam in regards news and testing and i feel all testing both in the uk and the US will work hand in hand as the FDA have said .

Imagine what that number would be if this was rolled out country wide, world wide????

Going on our current cash burn rate , unless we can get sales in to cover this then we will need to raise cash within 6 months or so, but i am hoping we will have a sales stream coming in by then , possibly not enough to cover our cash burn but with the sp higher and approval news under way the discount will be lower than last time . This is all in my opinion which is mostly wrong as i was expecting the sp to be around the 10p range by now.

This just another of those tiny steps in the right direction. By now we should all know how slowly the system works ( no pun intended mate lol) but is all going in a positive way . NICE wanted more data and this is being collated from their conditional approval from last year along with our partners in the US and this will all go towards NICE approval and FDA application , when , who knows but i cant see it going 2 years. 11 babies hearing has been saved out of 4000 tests. One thing we dont know and has never been mentioned is how many tests is enough , 5k 8k 10k 20k????

This testing is not currently available routinely in the NHS, as in the document yet NICE state this should be used when lab testing is not available ???? wish they would make up their minds.

Roger in a word YES , purely because i think thatwe would only be looking at a 20-30% dilution next year and any takeover would be 60p plus . This is purely my thoughts and with the numbers i have looked at . Like you say each to their own but if i could x4 my investment in 2 years i would be very happy.

I personally would be very happy if we dont hear from the company for at least 18 months about any sort of takeover as then we may get a fair value of what this company is really worth. If you read some of Stephens figures that he tends to post and do the maths and then think 6p is a good price when in 18 months time or possibly a little longer a 0 could be added then you get near to a good value sp . All that just by sitting on your hands and do nothing at all.

Not a million miles away myself Baznick but i can see oppotunities in the future where trading it will present itself, not that i have done so far but with the knowledge gained over the last few years then the odd chancee will arise to be hopefully lower my average.

Baznick , the one thing for those who have been in a while with averages above 10 is this share is not a get rich quick one. It is going to take time, quite a long time i feel to get the sp anywhere near break even , but it has massive potential if we get the right approvals and so far it is going in the right direction.

With those dates and targets for full FDA approval Roger this is where i get my 8p ish sp target for next year . Yes we may well have to raise cash again in the summer ,possibly for 12 months nobody knows yet but with FDA and NICE approvals a big discount should not be on the cards. 20% would be a fair shout so £7m at 5-6 p ish that should see us through to a position where we are self funding through to 2026. What happens between now and then is anyones guess????
