The big problem atm is that any good rise is sold in to so it makes it hard to hold any good rises, solid news and revenue streams could very well change that , only time will tell i am just topping up when possible at these prices for future use.

Its always good to hear when even the most cautious posters like Stocksaint are saying this will come good, eventually. The big question is when and how much ?. If you have a high average like me of 15p plus then it wont be soon. i think there will be more funding needed before we become self funding , possibly 18-24 months but when that is achieved then we may see some interest from 3rd parties . For those sitting on anything up to 5p then this could well be a good year with the news we are hoping to get in the next few months or so and then hopefully it will lead to bigger and better things. To get full market value i will be hanging on to some of these for a while longer (2-3 years) to get what i hope they are really valued at for possible takeover , HOPEFULLY, as nothing is nailed on.

Taking into account that this is a test and not a drug so not under stringent tests but no stipulation as to how long or haw many tests required. Add the study and all the data gathered so far, will that be sufficient????

Where we are with the FDA process gets confusing at times. We were first told by the company it would take a year for research and a year for application . Then we find out we are going down the De Novo route and we have a partner in the Us to help gather documentation . Then when you read the FDA web site regarding De Novo route it says from application to notification is 150days and if there is any imput from recognised authorities like NICE , which are helping to corrolate results then they would look at any application favourably.

So taking all this into account the only thing i can summize is that until we have an RNS stating an application has been submmitted and it will take x amount of months we have nothing.

It would be really rude not too top and average down at these prices, purely for those who think it will go higher and not crash and burn like some feel , all in my humble opinion if course.

The CV not quite what is stated but we will see. Still not quite sure why sales have not started in the private sector yet even a few hundred units would be a good indicator but so far nothing yet?????

Stocksaint , i understand where you are coming from and with no news at all before cash is needed you could well be right . BUT with news due from Scotland, FDA application due and a number of other definately possible , where do you think the sp could get to before a cash raise as i and a number of others here definately see it well north of where we are at present ???

Being honest i cant see us getting sales to break even point at any time next year so a fund raise imo is nailed on, what i am hoping and think is possible is that we get sales good enough to increase the sp significantly so any dilution will be kept to a minimum. As Stephen said the other day 5-10p would be my target to raise £7m with a 10-20% discount , fingers crossed.

Of course they did BUT they did not know what was in it therefore not in breach .

Stephen , based on those figures i cant see us being in a position to be self funding by then BUT i can see the sp being a lot higher and also in a position where we dont have to give a massive discount to anyone when we do go for a raise so for me nothing to worry about , just patience needed.

System you really need to think a lot bigger mate, give it 12-18 months and we will be well north of that imo.

So how long now before we see a little improvement in the sp , about 20 mins i think . A good building is built on firm foundations and we are certainly doing that, well done all .

They may know exactly when the date of news release is going to happen but if they dont know what is going to be released then it is not insider knowledge , but by the buys we can all have a good guess.

I can get that 1 possibly 2 directors top up but having that many dipping into their pockets suggests good news coming , notsaying it will be next week or next month , why now though . Have they given themselves an x mas bonus or just confident on forthcoming news??

Can we please stop going on about director buys as it is becoming rather boring lol . Technically directors are not supposed to buy within 6 weeks of news they know is going to come out . BUT this is AIM and we were told we would get news in q1, now if it comes early are they really supposed to know?. Not a bad sign though .
