no jollies = employee looking at job sites
It is a very basic rule of thumb. If you want them to stay, pamper them. If you want them to go, give them the crap to work, at Seaton Carew, on a Tuesday, in the middle of winter, when it's raining, by train, lead [no commision contract], with the nose-picking graduate who knows absolutely ****ing everything after only 6 weeks on the job and will tell you so and correct you in front of the client.
