Virtually every passenger at the airport would have been vaccinated as a condition of entry for most countries at the moment. Probably the safest areas on the planet from getting covid are airports, especially air side!!!!!! Yet, these are the places that insist on mask wearing. Go figure. And, no you've got me started, you only need 1, just one covid carrier expressing droplets onto the mask, to accumulate maybe an hours worth of constant loading of the mask, touches their mask repeatedly, then all over the milk dispenser at the coffee shop, all over the escalator rails, all over the seat, all over the document pouch, ready for somebody else to come along and soak their hands in the concentrated dollop of covid rich saliva, touch their face and test the efficacy of the vaccine!

Does that persuade anybody to concentrate on washing your hands more than wearing a face mask? Who now will carry a hand sanitizer bottle around with them next time they are in a public place?????

And as a dispatches documentary showed, there are significant operating limits on these batteries and they do degrade on each charge cycle and use. News is more controlled and coordinated than anything seen in the soviet era. And tolerance of other arguments is treated in the same vain. And do any of the studies you refer to expand on what happens once the covid has been captured by the mask, rate of build up, what happens when somebody touches the mask and comment of that as a means of spreading in a concentration high enough to induce infection compared to the low count in exhaled breath? A lot of people selling masks have sponsored and been behind a lot of the evidence supposedly showing masks as effective, but they all leave out the other half of the story, mask touching.

And as you demonstrated Hexam, you would not be open to evidence anyway. The one single comprehensive study regarding masks and covid on a large scale you single out and dismiss form the start. Most of the evidence is in terms of statistics based on the population sizes with different policies . Compare the industrialised societies that can afford forced mask wearing, and compare to other much less developed societies with much reduced wearing even if the rules say different. If it hadn't been used as an anti-Trump symbol we wouldn't be wearing to any degree that hey have been used and most covid would have been reduced to background in tandem with vaccination and by far the most important one, washing hands and cleaning common touch surfaces very regularly.

Yes Hexam there is lots of proof but if you want to accept whatever is broadcast on the evening news and accept that as scientific evidence that is for you. From a layman's perspective, you only need to look at areas which enforce mask wearing yet have full blown epidemic. You will be exposed to a very often repeated narrative that the mask is a barrier to droplets. What is not discussed is the fact that most mask do not stop micro droplets escaping. And if you are expressing droplets large enough to be soaked up by the mask, you should actually be isolating as being symptomatic. The next big part missing from the mass media narrative is the amount the masks are soaking up, then people touch the masks, then surfaces and leave highly concentrated dabs of the virus that survives in the dabs for several hours. It was the warning form the outset based on the original advice for masks based on surgical use studies and experiments. I've posted before references, I'm not going to be given the runaround posting it all over agains just for the latecomer to the board.
