RE: Looks Like Another Boom Day,.!31 Mar 2023 15:04
I’m probably not the best person to ask because however the SP behaves, or I am in for the long haul. But 12 months ago it was at the kind of level you mention. But, I guess, that was on the road down to just under £5 a few months back.
I don’t have the courage to “day trade” as, knowing me, I would buy when I should sell and vice versa!
Provided the results for the remainder of this year and into next continue on the trend they now seem to be on, there should be no reason for the SP not to be looking very good, and even better into 2024.
You might also have gathered that I don’t like speculation because I think it simply doesn’t help. Following Carnival’s announcements and progress from their website and filings they make is probably the best way to judge them. Do bear in mind, though, that “the markets” seem to take any and every opportunity to depress the price on the flimsiest hint of not so good news.
Best news lately is that Wells Fargo upgraded their “sell” tag to “neutral”.
All this is just my thoughts/opinion, of course.
