RE: Quick question7 May 2023 16:34
Carnival has an odd year-end date of 30th October with results coming out about a month later. So, Q1 results to end January came out at the end of February, the Q2 results, i.e. end April, are due out on 30th May, I understand.
All the signs are that they will be positive, hopefully exceeding expectations. With this share, though, even that might not be good enough for a decent uptick in the price. It does also seem to be unduly affected by external factors like one of the directors sneezing.
If you buy this one, or are already a holder, the sentiment seems to be hang in there for 12 to 18 months at least to see a return to a double digit price.
