I agree, Roonums, it has been a long time - K’s note below but I do believe that it has a long way to go, having been undervalued for quite a while, especially in relation to some other travel stocks. Might need to wait until after Q2 results to break through £12, I think, but if it does, there should be quite an increase thereafter.

Well, we are only just over a week away from the Q2 results announcement which should prove very positive. Consensus seems to be they should be beginning to pay down debt. If they have already started and announce a plan to continue, we could find ourselves at £15+ very soon.

FWIW I, like many others, am in for the very long haul. I might, just might, consider selling if it reaches £25.

The usual dip at 14:30 - NYSE opening……. Having said that, the SP has clawed its way back during the afternoon. Maybe if the dip isn’t too much we’ll end up nearer £11.

K, you’ll have to persuade your ex colleague to do another cruise and that each time he does, he buys more shares.

I guess we might now tip over £11 today. Like you Bots, I am wondering what happened late last night. Maybe a Director bought a couple more shares but any and all upward pressures are welcome.

If they do use some of the cash to pay down debt it will only make a token dent in the $32.5b they carry. I would sincerely hope they announce a concrete plan . They are, after all, bringing more ships into the fleet over the next couple of years.

I have a sneaking suspicion that divi’s might be on the agenda on 26th. They have been buying back UK shares at a rate of knots…….LoL. One can but hope. If the EPS is good enough, anyway.

Their main measures though are EBITDA and ALBD (available lower berth days - a measure peculiar, very peculiar, to the travel, hotel and cruise industries. I am not at all sure how it works or what it measures!).

The NYSE opening gave the SP quite a kick up. If it is getting back to previous levels, it’ll be at £20 by the end of the week.
