At the moment i'm erring on the view that what we have seen in the last couple of weeks is just a market that is still largely closed.

There are risks here, I'm aware of them. There is also a potentially massive resource base that dwarfs the market cap.

Troy was an untried CEO, it may be he decided he wasn't cut out for the role or was sacked because he wasn't honest about the JAY situation. The remaining directors are massively experienced and their rights don't vest for ages.

It would seem to me that an executive bonus plan aligned with an sp is both a rare and a good thing for shareholders.

From a quick read of the RNS it doesn't look like Mahmud Kamani benefits at all and Carol Kane will only benefit from the third tranche onwards. The plan also seems largely weighted to the final three tranches.

So it doesn't seem to me as if anybody is benefitting substantially at £2.

If we get to £2.38 in the next couple of years, I will be ecstatic as that's a near 900% return!

I did ask on your previous thread if you could share your valuation assumptions, so I find it a little disappointing that you are referring to them again without sharing.

What is your valuation expectation and what is it based on?

I'd guess the BoD will run each business unit as a profit centre.

The only one we can make any form of judgment on at the moment is GS20.

My personal view is that on the current transaction volumes it will be more than washing its face.

As posted before, these types of business are valued on revenue not profitability in the short term.

A simple Google search states that there are more than 250 neo banks globally.

Personally I'm expecting a fraction of a percent of the market for the first couple of years.

That will still make the current market cap look ridiculously stupid

Umar is no longer an employee of Boo and is free to do as he wishes. I am disappointed that Boo haven't communicated who has replaced him but that is a different matter

I'm far more interested in what the trading update will say in a couple of weeks time. I'm hoping for revenue to be at the top end of the guidance and that may trigger a bigger reduction in shorts.

There is no comparison between Boo and ASOS imho. Boo has better brands, a far better balance sheet and hasn't had the same management revolving door that ASOS has had in the past couple of years.

Silverfoil the other shares you mention are far earlier stage and riskier than Gst imho.

I'm also in GGP and SAR. With the best will in the world I can't see GGP getting above 60p in the next two years altho 45p wouldn't surprise me.

SAR could do 20 times the current SP, but it could also fail completely, so not a good comparator for GST.

A seven fold increase here would only just put us to 10p, I'm hopeful of far more than that in two years

maybe go and do a little research on aa and you will see that they are still planning on spending c£5bn capex per year. so in context what do you think the tiny investment in han**** will mean to them, do you even think it will be a point of discussion,e specially as it will be revenue generative in the next twelve months?
