Lots of senior execs also have NED roles. Most big companies welcome it as at most it takes a few hours a month and it broadens their experience.

To put it in context there has been just over £31k in sells today, which is hardly a sell off or a justification for double digit sp drop.

Anybody who contracts at a senior level for the length of time this guy has done is a high level achiever with significant delivery skills

It's simple in the contracting world, if you aren't good you are out.

He'll be reporting direct to big Al so will still have all the freedoms he did while contracting, so I'm essence it makes no difference.

Permanent or contracting, high level achievers are results driven, I'm glad he's on board

Could you provide any actual evidence of this supposed background seller you keep reffering to as, looking at the data, I can't see any evidence to support it. For most of the last couple of months, weekly buys have been higher than sells. Volume is higher than average, but i put that down to news flow not a seller

OTB obviously has better fundamentals than BOO but the comparison is informative i think

The last two years the results have been on Tuesday the 20th and Tuesday the 21st.

So they could drop at some point today, tomorrow or Thursday.

Not particularly bothered which tbh.

The half year results themselves are likely to be largely meaningless as they are too soon to give any kind of guide to revenue or profit.

The key thing is how much the BOD choose to share about current performance and outlook for the year.

I'm hoping it is substantial but they may decide that it is still too early to determine trend.

Everything seems to be positive here and the next two years should be big
