Wrt funding, I've been going through the RNS and I can't see if tranche one of the Bennelong loan has ever been converted. UFO were explicit that they wouldn't draw on tranche two.

It may be that UFO may have access to tranche ones which would take away the need for a placing.

The RNS for the 2m placing stated it would provide the company with sufficient funds until early 2024, which I'd take as potentially up to the end of Q1 as a maximum. However it also stated that some of the funds would be used to explore Elizabeth Hills and Munni Munni which may not have happened.

So the immediate need for a placing is definitely not proven imho

Every RNS I have read, and I have read them all, has been remarkably consistent and positive.

The issue isn't the resource in the ground, it is the resource in UFO.

However, I hope Alwyn Forster and Guy Robertson are cut from a different cloth. They certainly don't seem to be in it for a quick pay day

i agree with you that the dfs is a **** show.

however there are a couple of reasons why it may be late now.

firstly, i'm not sure about the legality of releasing a dfs without a mining licence.

secondly, it would be understandable for a new management team to want to sign off on a release of such importance. ufo could therefore hold it up until they were in situ with perfectly legal grounds i think.

It's interesting to see the comparison between Next and Debenhams in November.

It looks like Debenhams totally smashed it!

We need to see the December equivalents as one month doesn't paint a total picture.

In the context of Boo expecting a significant decline in revenue, both Next and JD paint an encouraging view imho.

However Lloyd I have been able to prove that the exchange was third partied out, which is a concept you fail to understand.

I have also never claimed the BOD here were useless and had delivered nothing, which is something you were doing on a daily basis only a few months ago. Maybe that's why you are ignorant about the older RNS.

The whole point, if you read the RNS properly, is third partying out is quicker than trying to recruit resources to do it themselves.

Lloyd, you clearly don't understand how these things work. The RNS states quite clearly the responsibility of the third party is to provide the service and integrate it with GST's own stack.

That means the third party runs it.

Actually Rabbithole, that is exactly what you would do, you would employ a product owner to manage change and development with the third party.

Ofcourse a website, the API links and the people who run it are an operating cost

Pls have a read through the cost lines in the interim results. They have gone up substantially in the last year.

Now i'd love to be 50% or more out, but I'd rather be a little cautious in my full cost assumption.

Either way my main point is we are generating good FCF

Guys could i ask how many websites you have built?

There are a whole load of costs you haven't considered. I'm talking the overall cost of the service, including customer service etc

Websites aren't cheap, especially when you have to secure customer data.
