1.Money for many months, certainly long enough to conclude the sales process, without selling the concentrate

2. No outstanding legal issues that we are aware of

3. No more areas of uncertainty around the assets we own.

It seems to me we now have a clear path to a sale. No guarantee it will happen ofcourse but all the barriers seem to have been knocked down.

Doesn't matter how much fluff the trolls try to throw, those are the salient facts as I see them anyway

Whilst it's great to look at some initial guesstimates, I'm far more interested in what an npv will look like, as I assume the plant will have atleast a ten year life

volume is pathetic, the market makers have **** themselves in the foot by destroying liquidity with the ludicrous price drop, and now they are trying to make investors pay

There are many ways the site could be ramped up significantly. For instance they could adopt a two shift 7 day a week operation, just doing that would more than double the original amount planned.

It seems strange that a whole new bunch of posters arrive who are entirely focussed on the start up period not the end game.

nobody can know if there is any interest in buying han**** or any of our other assets.

what this deal does show is how potentially undervalued ufo is . our market cap is a fraction of this purchase price.

I'm actually more interested that he bought on the 4th of January so it looks like the sp was walked down to accommodate him last week. Has the same thing occurred again this week?

Personally i'm not bothered about the awards to the new execs, as long as the vesting date is 12 to 24 months like when the current directors were appointed in August. I just want someone good appointed, with an incentive to stick around!
