I can’t remember if I ever posted on here before even when invested years ago , then mat was on about compensation from Egypt and we would break even any day .
But that day never came and there hand came out again and again looking for money.
So if you are a new comer do your research and don’t listen to the tampers ( mat has done nothing in 10 years I can remember)
Ps I don’t hold no more couldn’t put up with the misery any longer and the Bs

We have some beautiful village’s , towns and countryside out there .

I believe because law and order is lost in the cities and the lack of respect for the police ( they are just punch bags ) allowed to be abused by people with no protection!
Until that changes, people with money are going leave the cities for the country where there is still respect and decency.
Enough of the rant but I believe that is the facts:)))

Would that be the average ,or the final batch of shares price, or what the broker charged.

Yes it seems like the builders all round are busy , I don’t know any brickies out of work.
It seems like you can site hop as much as you like at the moment, so all reads well for us!
Next trading statements start in November I think and should read pretty good as long as nothing changes.
Share price seems like everyone is waiting for it to collapse before jumping in, ( a bit like waiting for a rich relative to peg and they are living forever) .
Be interesting when it does happen how bad it will be and wether it is priced in , as I say good time for pensions and long term investments.

Friday is here and another week gone , no slow down on the building side.
Seems as though everyone is just waiting for the crash ( hopefully it will not come) and these prices will look stupidly cheap.
On another note I don’t think this new scheme will make that much of a difference to the redundancies, the companies who it’s there to help are already on there ar..
Don’t know what else he can do, as the bottomless pit has a bottom .
So good luck to the unfortunate ones and hopefully a new opportunity comes for them quickly.

That’s what does put me of Aim shares , 100s of posts (pump dump proactive this read this article that , your a c... and don’t know nothing) and you might get one interesting one.
I remember when carrillion was going under, some poor bloke had borrowed so much money , if carrillion didn’t turn it around he was going to loose his house and was talking suicide !
Still the pumpers and dumpers were at it , some should take a good hard look at themselves.
There’s enough out there for all of us!
Anyway still got my holding of 18500 golden tickets £1.50 here we come:)))))

Good time for investing in pensions and long term investments, lots of bargains out there and probably more to come.
It will be an interesting winter and profit taking ( even £50 a time) might be the way forward, cash will be king !
Not a good time for people who have got in debt and overstretched themselves.
Still happy I have my day job, so I can sit on my hands and wait for the storm to blow over .
I hope I can still go to OZ in March:))
Ps still busy on site and no gloomy talk on the horizon.

I can’t remember but I’m sure someone said me and Nige knew f...all about HB shares when we said it could go down to a pound and Peter redfern was in the know when he bought at £1.20 .
Don’t like to say we told you so because I bought st £1.16 ( should of listened)
I might wait to top up , I think it’s 50/50 for full lockdown.
Anyway when is £1.50 coming:)))

I think there could be a bit of sour grapes.
I missed out on my own account, but I’m well pleased for everyone who took advantage ( there is always a next time)
Back to building, we are laughing at the moment, everyone is behind on there build for the year and hopefully the slow down expected this winter won’t be to bad!
At the worst they will have to build HA’s, so we should be okay!

I’m a bit confused, not being nasty but until the next round of trading updates, can’t see anymore news ( except more directors purchase)
Unless they stop building and we will certainly let everyone know that!
It will be a dead site.
Can’t understand what’s wrong with learning about other shares, especially if you can earn out of it.
Anyway enough said I hope people keep on tipping on here, no shutters on my vision

A couple of pence would of made me £370 , paid for my weekend in the Dales :)))
Looks a bit different now over a grand up , interesting to see what transpires Monday good chance of an Rns about what occurred!
Mani if this goes to a pound I will be having a top up, then if it goes to 80p the rest.
Like you say everyone is building and rates are on the climb, already starved market and all HB’s 25% behind on production.
