I am optimistic for the future and no doubt the divi will be back 18p+ , it’s all about earning as much as possible for our retirement and 5p x5000 shares aquates to a touch.
Admittedly I am more cautious since getting burnt three times on AIM , won’t touch it!
Now I look on in envy on a some chaps who ploughed into Ggp and good luck to them !
Anyway we all trade differently and I hope you do well!

Don’t get me wrong this will be a great price long term and you will easily double your money.
But I believe there will be a little glitch in the next few weeks and depending how this autumn/winter goes , will depend on how good the price is at the moment!
Just my thoughts and hope I am wrong

The sp over the last week hasn’t altered really, I’ve got a feeling they are all waiting for the next builders results and I don’t think it will make good reading compared to persimmons.
Could have a shock and be picking up Tw shares at a £1 a throw!
Just my opinion and have been known to be wrong on many occasions

The covering is tarpaper on the inside and silver on the outside,fixings are nailed to the wooden studs .
For an attic truss personally don’t think it’s very good.
But I can’t keep slating them 30% profit!
Yes it’s busy all round and hopefully if we have a recession it’s a short one !
January and February will be good, I want to go to oz for a month.

On a more complementary note about persimmons, they had the balls to carry on building and there trading statement will be the best out of all the HBs.
You can’t knock the 30% profit margin either, so hats off for that!

Hi Bamps Not been posting much due to being busy!
Not because of a couple of pr.... !
Anyway you will be glad to know I am finishing my top outs at persimmons.
They are great attic gables and as you know they use spandrel panels, in sections.
Now the tar paper has to be lapped to cover the joins!
So I spoke to the chippy who was with the site agent and said to him “ are you going to staple the laps over to make them watertight “ his response was I don’t get paid for that.
My response was I don’t get paid for nailing the wall ties either so should I not bother.
Site agent says to me can you do it for a favour.
Not a problem said I
Unfortunately it may be institutionalised the bad workmanship

Yes there results look pretty good in the light of what’s happening, divi although reduced being paid.
I was vistry and they only stopped for a month, bovis side a bit longer so there’s shouldn’t look to bad either!
Bellway and redrow done the full three months, no sure about wimpeys.

Tomorrow will be interesting with persimmons interims, there’s should be better than all the other Housebuilders, due to earlier restart !
Boulton moor was only closed a week.
It should give us all an idea of the others!

I worked for lindens when bovis bought there regeneration and housing side .
Now at the time of purchase it was the right price and a good deal for both, but the problem is they now look like they paid top money because of the coronavirus.
1.1 bill roughly in shares and cash ( some borrowed).
With this new ruling on planning it will be interesting if the big boys are easily able to get planning on agricultural land?
If so then there deal will look sh.. because we all know how much cheaper agricultural land is to building land .
Who now has the biggest war chest?

Time for a new tactic from the high of 193 we never got the chance of 196 .
Two pots trading pot of 5000 shares buy and sell 3-5p and earn a couple hundred pound a day or even every other.
Hard work though should of been £2+ in last couple of weeks.
