Been thinking about the Rns and the only thing I can see that would put people off this share, was the fact they took the furlough money which intern means they can’t pay a divi for probably couple three years.
But I believe that could be handy for there own balance and the pressure will be off the board to provide a divi.

Yes life here is a bit strange, glad I have a garden, imagine being stuck in a big tower block in London. Must have been terrible especially when you have people saying you can’t go to the park.
But hey they chose the bright lights .
Germany I think so i will ask the questions, but until brexit sorted it will be a job to say!
Luckily I can get a Irish passport or put the house in my daughters name, she’s German so not worried there!

I don’t think he is doing himself any favours with his family, considering they benefitted most out of this!
Why is it the tax payers will have to pay the compensation, when 99% of the tax payers never benefited from it.
Maybe they should witch-hunt the families who benefited the most shouldn’t be hard to find the House of Lords and the House of Commons should be pretty rife!

Hi All
Had an interesting chat with my sister, she went to visit our Dad at his old people’s home and he is okay been tested and nobody in the home has had it.
She also visited her husbands mum in another home and she was positive and then tested negative two weeks later and then tested positive again.
She is in her 80s so either the tests are rubbish they are using or it’s not as deadly as they are making out.
I know they are saying all these deaths are down to corona , but are they.
We are getting crap info all round in my opinion, experts with conflicting views and a government fudging through it!
Sorry for the rant but we all have loved ones who could be affected.

Well done with that, me what ever I touch goes down like a brick !
Chose my three Gfrd , Vty and Glen even topped up with Glen with the price of copper should be 2.70 min , I thought all three would be recession proof, but we will see!
At least I can afford to wait, are you still in costains, I can’t understand what’s going on in that sector!
Materials seem to be okay and I am expecting a busy autumn/winter.

I know in normal times these rns’s would look poor, but after the wettest autumn I can remember and covid 19 , I would say these look good.
Ref £550 lost revenue, to counter this divi was lost and share price is half the value it should be!

Well impressed with persimmons and vistry rns, looks good for the future, especially vistry they look like they are definitely going to go for it.
Persimmons got in early and started before the other HBs , grabbing as many tradesmen as possible.
Might the other HBs regret being slower of the mark , time will tell, bodes well for all the tradesmen!
