I think all it is, is a reorganisation phase, I don’t know any brickies out of work .
I was speaking to my family, all in Suffolk I’m in Nottingham!
Apparently all the villagers are kicking off down there, all the planning is getting passed and there rural homes and areas, at risk!
I just wonder if the big boys are going to try to use as much green field and hard to get planning areas as much as possible.
Whilst this new law is in place!
They will change it once the economy picks up!

I know site agents get it both sides and I do feel for them when the office does there march of justification on site.

Top outs used to be good but now you get three payments! To joist

Top outs all lifts measured based on price Per thousand and meter rate all in .
So with persimmons top outs no blockwork ( spandrels not just party walls and cut ups + oversailors)
Not many £s there we always leave money back but hey ho we do alright.
Anyway redrow look a nice house and materials look good, taking over from another Barron a bit of an atmosphere, there work looked alright, so asked the brickies on site what was the problem?
They all said in sinc the site agent was a c... !
We shall see he does seem a bit of a young upstart making a name for himself, he was having a meeting with the plasters boss about workmanship issues!
We will see I take everyone on face value ( but won’t let people take the p...)

Got back yesterday from Germany nice time all the Germans and Dutch spending well , middle Germany ( a bit like mid summer murders) wouldn’t know a recession if it bit them !
Anyway back to business finishing at pers tomorrow start at redrow, probably got to go back to finish gables!
No money in them and hopefully last time I set foot on a persimmons site ever . Crappiest house builders I have ever worked for!
If they are the biggest the rest need not worry!
I will let you know what redrow are like.

Back and rested , I know some of you are into airlines.
So here goes, been to cochem ( Germany) , been going to Germany for years mainly Christmas markets.
Noticed this time a lot of Germans and Dutch here, a lot more than normal!
Speaking to them they said we will be ( germans , Dutch) holidaying more at home this year and probably next, rather than the med .
Not looking good for the med countries, hands will be sticking out the EU will be paying dearly for this.
I know we are leaving but are we still paying in.
