Thank you very much for that info , buy to let I’m not interested in bad experience when splitting up with ex rented out the house waiting for the sale , renters have to many rights and I had the biggest pair of ****heads who knew the system.

Food for thought, I’m forty nine and mortgage free so stress free on that front and like you say my back will go at some point .
Share isa I like to start that once my trading pot gets big enough and anything over the 12.5 k cg allowance is gone , I don’t get tax relief on the monies I put in.
So with the sipp Looks like I might need to lose about 20k , so I think that might be favourite.
