Amazingly this is the only share where the shareholders don’t want this to go above 206p before the 26th of jan , so they can reinvest there divi from the special needs divi the board gave!

Also if you think about it, nobody has spent much money this year with holidays cancelled no going out, I myself have spent probably 30k less this year than last.
So how many professional couples have done the same 30k x2 =60k a nice deposit or upgrade!

If we think about a house as a commodity and the demand for such commodity is increasing, then the lockdown in the 2nd quarter will enviable push the price up!
If they stop pumping oil for one day the price of oil would go through the roof, never mind a whole quarter!

Stand out bit for me is Peter redfern saying the government says construction will not shut down because of covid.
That means the government plan is to build our way out of this!
So either help to buy is staying or they have another scheme.
Also amazingly all the other tradesmen on here will tell you,we have all been flat out for the last six or so months and we could not catch up on the build no’s lost in that second quarter lockdown.
Starved market makes for higher prices !

They will be good results yes and more money in the bank yes and divi this year yes !
Then they always put in ifs and buts to cover themselves.
The weather hasn’t been that bad so far and everyone is busy, so yes I think it will read good.

I think psn second half ease was due to the other HB’s opening up and the trades leaving persimmons and working for other HB’s!
I for one was one of them and won’t go back on a persimmons site again if I can help it and I know quite a few others like that.

Let’s look at the facts
Bank balances
Bdev up from £308m now £1.1b
Vty up from-£357m now £38m in the black
Psn up from £844m now £1.235b and already paid £351m to shareholders.
Last of the industry’s left to get us out of the ****, they will carry on with the help to buy or else it will be politically suicidal .
This will be the sector to be in for the coming year!

Well my share prediction is looking a bit optimistic.
I don’t think I will be giving up my day job :))))
I think I will leave it to the experts, at least we are invested in firms that are making money (serious money) .
So. Should sort itself out in the end.
