Me personally I think it will change slightly aimed at first time buyers and maybe a reduction in upper limits for others possibly £300k .
Can’t see them stopping it completely, maybe even a phase out.
But the rush is on for hand overs for end of feb.

Yes got back in at just over 27p I was working so missed the 24p but I’m happy at that price!
Work going well flat out and everything selling, but I think there’s that fear factor, job losses and doom and gloom.
So I think that’s holding the price down and possibly go lower.
Glen has been great for me this year swinging like hell good trading stock .
Very surprised by the big drop on scally, even Phil Taylor can’t get 180s every time.

For me this is definitely going in the right direction, look at six months ago and look now!
More results in March, should give a better indication, but me I’m going to be more interested in years time when hopefully the world will be back to normal!

I just think there’s scepticism out there, all the news is doom and gloom, job losses, companies going under, investors might be a bit worried!
Last time this type of thing happened it went to a pound!
Not trying to deramp because as far as we can see on site houses are still selling and if it changes I will let all know!

Good set of results in my view, optimistic Rns and forward trading results in March!
Seems strange all last years results and quarterly drilling updates were in the afternoon.
The new board must be playing straight with a7am Rns

To me Rns looks pretty good things going in the right direction and people selling sub .40
