Not that long ago the same thing was being asked on the glencore site, before covid was being traded at around £3+ a share, copper was about £6000 a tonne and then it halved.
A year later copper was on the rise and miners seemed not to be as affected as the rest and yet it stayed at about £1.80.
People were saying this is being manipulated,copper at £6000+ a tonne and still did not move.
Then all of sudden it went on a run ( let’s hope it happens here) I hope this helps.
