Just a question Newcrest owns 70% of HAV , a potential tier1 mine just got to be confirmed.
Also been quoted one of top finds for X amount of years!
I thought Ncm sp would of started rising as mining gets closer!
Or were they overpriced a year ago and the other assets are coming to an end?
Not sure what to make of it and I would presume there share holders will want to see all the delayed drill results.
Should make interesting reading the next batch.
Anyway good luck and I think we will all see a rise soon ( sticky hands and that)

What about financing it with the 5% at fair value, if newcrest don’t buy it surely that has a value to be borrowed against?

Also looking at mkt cap NCM has a value of 21B , ours is 650m room for movement on HAV alone

A lot better week, hopefully break 170 next week and then leg up to £2 in near future.
Still building at pace, only problem supply they keep on blaming HS2 saying they are buying up everything!
Not sure myself what does HS2 want with roof tiles:)))

I just wonder if the ii’s have been promised a back door in for shares.
Just dos’nt seem big volumes for a long while and GH’s 19.5 million shares are a pith in the ocean for a company with 4 billion shares!
Just my opinion but would of thought a bit more movement with mining to be announced in less than a year ( possibly )

I only bought that batch because I had a spare bit of cash when it went below 18, so it was a no brainer.
I have about 80% of my portfolio in this already, so it was there to make some beer tokens,
Set a buy for 18.4 on Monday , if comes off good if not oh well.
Thinking about rolls Royce if it goes below 90 again, so my mind is split between the two!

It does seem all the sectors have gone stagnant, not sure if this is the lull before the storm.
What’s also confusing is with all this money printing and paying the people to stay at home for 18 months!
Is cash king , or gold, or crypto?
Nobody knows which way this could go , I’ve worked through the last two recessions and the 90s one was ruthless, so wouldn’t like to see that again.
I don’t want to seem a pessimist but something has to give.
So tread carefully and make sure you are safe!

With the sp sticking around 160-175 range, I think this is across the board from HB’s to banks and travel industry even mining have gone stagnant.
It’s like most investors have a reserve pot and waiting for the crash ( that might not happen) !
Just seems like they have taken there positions and are waiting to see what’s going to happen.
Just my opinion and always ready to listen to all!

Very low volume again today!
It does make you wonder the institution’s must be getting frustrated a bit with how everyone has sticky fingers!
I was very interested in hydro’s account of where the shares were being held ( was it 75% in PI’s hands)?
Anyway it will be very interesting how they try to get them out of our hands!

Hi All another month gone still busy!
Yesterday we had to use the groundworkers blocks for a jack wall ( struggling to get blocks) they were not happy!
But hey ho swings and roundabouts.
One point of concern sales slowed down on our site, anyone else noticed this , or is it just a blip on this site?

I hear that the big house builders are being affected, plumbing and roofing mainly!
But this week our boss said they were having problems with ready mix and all site agents have been told to stock up.
So hopefully we can get it sorted and maybe start producing all our own products here in Britain.

I hope you are well BB over there gone nasty again,
Anyway back to houses , I do feel for the young ones now back in 50s-80s a household could probably survive on one income.
Now you need 2+ houses are looking more and more out of reach for many, so I was looking at different ways to help them forward.
This scheme of buy a % and rent the rest, doesn’t sleep right with me!
Then there was leasehold and we know how that has turned out.
Then there is help to buy ( not good if job is not secure and they seem to be encouraged to max out)
That leaves bank of mum and dad!
Just look at how much houses went up last year 8% at average house price, that’s 20k.
Painful reading if you are saving.
Anyway hopefully all our investments go supernova and we can help out, I have three:))))

It’s not been a very good 2021 so far for Ggp on the market!
But look behind the scenes it is 100mph , so it will level out!
I must admit I feel that some of the drill results have been held back and Ggp doesn’t feel as transparent since SD has taken charge!
Maybe coincidence with the market play or just a suspicious mind, but hey ho I’m here to see how it pan’s out and luckily not in a rush for the money!

Personally I think if house prices and land shortage carries on , I can see generational houses being built.
Over two or three floors and being two or three separate units, many properties in Germany are like that !
It would require completely different mind set in planing, more usage of land from cellar to roof space, every part being used!

At least all that’s being built are selling ( that’s the good bit), but as you say a shortage of materials and labour will have an influence.
