Obviously it can change with new info but we all have a price

As the title says, it could be next week , tomorrow or five years down the line we are not yet privy to the info which is going to turn this on it’s head!
But we have enough info amongst us to say this is priced to cheap.
Now arguing over who said what and there motives is not going to change the sp one bit!
It’s all about waiting for the big one to drop, from the men in the know ( hopefully soon) but what do they say patience is a virtue and I hope we are pleasantly surprised!

East mids that should read

I haven’t posted for a while on here, but answering the question over the land price per plot!
I would put that down to quantity, round here (east kids) persimmons seem to be buying large site’s 1000+ plots (10 year site’s) so I would imagine the plot costs would be a lot less than a 100+ site.
That is why I presumed TW done that raise, you won’t see the benefit for a few years, but if that’s the plan it’s good!
As for timber frame I haven’t been on a site with them for years, ( wilcon was the last one) persimmons tried to do there own brick to save money, but I believe that was a bit of a disaster.
Anyway if this is of any interest the main man who walked (or pushed) from persimmons is at avant homes .
The talk on site is it might be floated in the near future!

If so I thank you for that and I can only presume you have never been burn’t on Aim ! If so well done I believe most on here probably have and even with as much research you can do there are some very dodgy CEO’s!
Not calling SD dodgy, me personally I think he is putting a great team together, but that being said this is still AIM and anything can happen!

2nd why has newcrest sp been plummeting as well, ( Ggp would be easier to manipulate, it’s on Aim for starters but newcrest bigger fish to handle) all views welcome!

I believe there is only one buy in signal , that will be when he is being arrested for swindling the investors!
Me I got out a few years ago when his BS got so much and I was down a few k , the next spike sold up and took it on the chin!

Looking at what’s happened to the sp of both companies this year and as investors there is concern out there for obvious reasons,a lot of people are down!
The question which is out there is ,if when this goes, how quick it will move?
To me both boards are calm and have a lot of information to give out! Big plus
Shortage of free float of shares? ( if everyone is telling the truth about holding) another big plus.
Also if people are still topping up, meaning less and less free float! Another big plus.
The biggest plus we have is certain members of this board translating and informing the board how big HAV is and what it means to Ggp! Thank you for all your hard work.
So the question stands how quickly will this move?

Yes everything good here, I would like to see the sp go up rather down:)))
But hey I’m lucky I can wait, I definitely feel something big is coming up for us!

Six million in the bank!
Drilling programme already laid out for the next twelve months!
Needs to raise ten + million ASAP , a couple of weeks before a AGM .

I hope we all slept on this raise and do not do anything we regret later!
Thinking about this last night and come to my own conclusion that a junior does a raise for three reasons!
1. To keep the lights on ( not needed here)
2. To do a acquisition ( highly unlikely as they have so many at the moment)
3. Mining been bought forward ( most likely and this is there entrance fee)
So for me I think before the AGM we will have two Rns’s
First a massively improved MRE that big it will bring water to your eyes!
Secondly mining starting early next year!
All in my opinion
But hey let’s all get some optimism here and hold for gold!
