I must admit I am a fan of this agreement Ggp have with newcrest, especially as we have very little cash burn, very important for a junior!
If big brother wants to pay for it let him, 25% of there mcap would do me .

Just a thought going through my mind, how come NCM didn’t push for a jv for scally?
Is it SD didn’t want them to have anything to do with it and he knows something?
Or he wanted to much money or higher % if they found something?
Or NCM are not interested?

I agree most here now are experienced enough to know the games that are going on!
I believe pretty much we know the price is only going to get higher in time and as long as you haven’t borrowed or are desperate for a quick turnover, you should be safe!
For me I have two pots in this 50000 shares to trade and 300000 shares for the divi in about 3-5 years hopefully about 4-6p would be nice, should tick me over in my early semi retirement.
But everyone has there own agenda and I hope it all works out well for all

Still building, but this is normal coming up to Christmas!
I still have a holding in HB’s and long term a great price!
But the fear what happens after Christmas is keeping this price down, that and the rate of builds.
I cannot see build numbers increasing much and at this stage I believe HB’s are happy with the build numbers, the market is starved of houses.
So with that in mind what ever is built should be sold, so a nice tick over while the world gets back to normal seems to be the order of the day!
As you say 5% divi is handy and shouldn’t be sniffed at especially with what the banks offer.

Now when they make love they just think of HAV and the icing on the cake is there wives are walking around with the biggest grins on their face!

I lack the skills in that trading, I’m just a bricklayer but I do know glencore have done well with there trading arm !
So why not try it ourselves it will pay the bills and also you can buy more back if the price is right!

Not been in this share long but I do ask the question why they don’t have a trading ARM .
They produce it 14% ish of the value and say they built a kitty of 10% mined per month and traded it , could pay dividends!

Today we see a PFS , where it states we will be mining, two CEO’s who are like two greyhounds waiting to rip the mine to pieces!
All on drill results six months old!
Mms, institution’s and professional traders playing hard ball, triggering stop losses and testing the weak.
In my view Newcrest are going to Chuck the kitchen sink at this mine, now to me they wouldn’t be doing this for 4m Oz.
So leads me to believe the six months of drilling results we are due must be something special.
Just my opinion and hopefully there is enough for all!
