Well we have been very busy, just constant. There was a super peak last wed and Thurs with black Friday stuff but generally been steady busy working well into the dark most days. Spent a lot of money on agency staff though as a contingency plan incase we went out on strike. They have been out delivering packets thought, although they are steadily falling by the wayside. All in all so far been more busy than last year I'd say.

currently, if i take up the offer of a quid a share i get a grand total of £28, whoo hoo. seeing as this is neither here nor there, what would happen if i didn't take up the offer? would i get nowt or stand a chance in the long run to get more back?

Did you not read on to the bit where they said next yr they will struggle to break even? And knowing this, they give their 'hard working' junior and middle management a bonus and pay rise!! Beggars belief. Are they painting a bleak picture to justify not giving the REAL hard workers a deserved pay rise? One does wonder.

I would hope that too. Bit baffled by the reaction to be honest. A company in this day and age saying profit will be in the upper end of forecast is pretty damn good. Crazy markets at times. Maybe the threat of no deal brexit and a subsequent drop in the GBP may be weighing it down but then that was a known issue yesterday too when the SP was rising. Hold tight and I'm sure this will be back over £12-13 by new year.

Lets hope she goes back up to £12-15 along with ezj. That's be nice for me personally. The div here isn't that special when you take off the pesky German tax for divs, although if we crash out of Europe without a deal at least we'll get more £ for our euro div. Let's hope the div remains reasonable if they reckon the Boeing max is gonna cost them 300mln. Here's hoping...

I'd still be careful, can't understand why this is rising with all the brexit stuff going on, a possible labour govt coming to power before year end and looming strike on the horizon. Doesn't stack up.

Its uncrossing trade, not a single trade of £35m! Best not to look at the trades coz it's pretty meaningless in my opinion. Bought in this afternoon, 4% Divi due Thursday then hopefully recovery. All this iron ore bear market is just talk. Nobody knows. This is a good, big company. It'll be just fine.... famous last words.

The biggest polluter of the planet aren't cars, planes, busses or power stations. They are PEOPLE. How many of these rebellion folk have got loads of kids? There is only one way to save our planet and that is by reducing the population explosion. It may be controversial but hey. I don't care. When someone with 2 or 3 or 4 kids starts lecturing me on having a car and flying on holiday once a yr, well that's just short sighted hipocracy. More people = more food to be grown, more power needed ...shall I go on?

The rights issue shares weren't actually tradable. You could have opted to sell if you wanted but that wouldn't have happened till today , they sold the rump for 211 so you would have got 26p/share for your rights issue shares less any costs and dealing charges. OK, my holding would have been diluted but so far, I wouldn't have been able to buy new full paid shares on the open market for less than £1.85.
Am I missing something?
