There's so much inaccurate information being posted by some of the "newer" posters on here. Here's some indisputable actual facts about Sareum. SDC-1801 is superior to dexamethasone and in combo with Dexamethasone it also works. Sareum's science in combo with AstraZeneca's WEE1 works. Sareum's science in combo with Merck’s Keytruda works. Sareum's science in combo with Eli Lilly's Gemcitabine works. In a nutshell, we know that the Sareum science works which will equate to a substantial licencing deal or takeover as we progress through clinical trials. LTH's like me have spent years doing the due diligence and the reality is that Sareum's science works. Big news and big deals are on the way. Sit back and let the science do the talking.

That is an excellent summary Brighty. Well said. Your point about 479 M&A deals in the pharmaceutical sector in Q2 2023, worth a total value of $51 Billion is why I am invested. I would add that the worst time to sell SAR shares historically has been after a raise. Positive news tends to drop via RNS and the share price rises. 2020 and 2021 are great reminders of this.

As the company states today "SDC-1801 is SAR's primary catalyst for driving shareholder value", Funding is sorted. Period.

The Dice agreement today with Eli Lilly is fascinating but the most interesting deal of 2023, in regard to SAR, was the 1 billion pounds Astra Zeneca KYM Biosciences transaction. It highlighted perfectly the standalone value of SRA737 and SDC1801 & 2. For those that missed it, back in February, AZ was prepared to pay over a billion for Phase 1 research.

The Thoth2 news today is a sad day for the LSE Sareum community. Many of us have been here for many years and will have our own memories of Thoth2. I will be thinking about Andy and his family today and raising a glass to him.

Fantastic news from SAR today about SDC1801. RMM re your observation re our PR. I had to smile, as with SAR everything is so under stated. There's not even a "Pleased to announce" message in the RNS!

And £2 will become £3 in a flash with news of a licencing deal for SRA737. Like you I can't see any reason for SAR not to be over £2 imminently.

Potnak is right. The arrival of a HNWI is very likely judging on past experience. The last time HNWI's started investing in SAR saw our share price rise rapidly to over 9p old money (over 450p new money). The Sareum pipeline of SDC1801, SDC1802 and SRA737 is going to be very attractive to HNWI investors as well as to major pharmaceutical companies moving forward. We could and should be over £2.00 soon and if 737 follows in the next few days or weeks we could be at £3.00 a share very quickly.

It's also interesting Ahfam that AZ was prepared to pay 1.3 billion for CinCor recently. These kind of huge deals for p1/2/3 drugs appear to be pretty standard for clinical stage companies in our sector. We just need to get to the clinic now because what value does one put on the Sareum pipeline of SDC1801, SDC1802 and SRA737? It's got to be in the billions.

Thanks for posting. Excellent research. I predict a share price of £2.00 when this news is confirmed by Sareum. If 737 follows hot on its heels then we could be at £3.00 a share.

Many moons ago (2019 ish) Bobbler was posting about a SAR/Chinese connection and he arrived at a Sareum and Sinovac partnership. They are based in Haidian District, Beijing . This Chinese story unfolding here on the LSE Sareum chat forum really could be the one to watch over the coming days and weeks. We've had Chinese interest in the past with our FLT3+Aurora kinase inhibitor programme with an "un-named" Chinese company, which many including Bobbler and I felt to be Sinovac. The superb detective work here over recent days re SRA737 might or might not prove correct but what is irrefutable is that the Chinese have had dealings with Sareum in the past, so watch this space as they say. I have always felt that Merck, Lily and AZ were interested in SRA737 for a reason and I still feel that a licencing deal with a major will be unveiled soonish whether it is with a Chinese company or a giant such as AZ, Merck, Lilly or Amgen.

Tim mentioned that there had been 'several enquiries' and the timing of Stephen Parker's trip to the USA recently fits with this narrative, so I tend to concur with you about a USA licencing deal. From everything I have read about SRA737 and the stunning success it had in combination with Lily, AZ & Merck it would not surprise me at all if one of the major pharmaceutical companies licenced 737. This would be huge news for Sareum obviously.

'Several enquiries' sounds really good. Lets hope it results in an AZ, Lily or Merck licencing it. They all know how good 737 is in combo with their drugs.

The news today from SAR is excellent for our longterm aims for SDC1801 and should put to bed any doubts finally but it does highlight that the Govt's rhetoric about backing UK business is pitiful.

When we accomplished 455p+ (9-10p) we could and should have raised millions when the momentum was with us after our July 1st UKRI RNS, titled: "Completed Covid-19 Research Project Delivers Encouraging Results". The subsequent consolidation was the opportune moment to raise £10million+ at 250p-300p, which would have still been a big discount to the then current price, which was significantly over 300p at the time. We would have been in a really strong financial position to take SDC1801/1802 forward. What are all these experts doing? We, along with many others here, said at the time that we hoped the consolidation sideshow will be worth it. Why didn't SAR raise millions at 300p when they could have? Why is radio silence the order of the day again? Where is the promised IR expertise and comms? The result is a declining share price. For goodness sake Stephen, Tim and John start communicating with the investment community and look after the share price please.

"Game on" as you say. 737 is something most long term investors wanted to see returned. It has been. CPF and SAR can now monetize a drug that has shown great promise against hard-to-treat cancers.

The 1 billion AstraZeneca deal for KYM Biosciences is helpful as it highlights the standalone value of SRA737. If AZ is prepared to pay over a billion for Phase 1 research then this is very encouraging for Sareum shareholders regarding SRA737 and indeed SDC1801/1802. A number of the regular posters on here have been talking up a £2 billion price tag for SAR in the future once we get to the clinic. Therefore the multi billion dollar deal we hope for could soon be a reality based on the KYM / AZ deal unveiled this week as well as the other recent transactions in the pharma sector for small companies that we have been privy to in the last couple of years.

That's more like it! Eight deals over one billion pounds in the pharma sector in Q3 of 2022 is what this BB wants to read about. That is an impressive statistic and very reassuring for all of us. Lets hope Sareum is added to that billion pound deal list soon.
