We have all seen the mega rises recently including the x 39 gain in 2 trading days at TPST. PYC going from 1p to 30p in 4 trading days could happen here with the right kind of news.

HE1 could be joining the AIM Hall of Fame alongside these risers: BOTB went up 7,130%, GGP had a rise of 6,300%, EUA climbed 3,650%, VCP gained 6,312% and ESG went up 4,190%. It happens. Lets hope HE1 will be the next big AIM success story.

Tempest Therapeutics surged x 39 in 2 days a couple of months ago. PYC went up from 1p to 30p in 4 days. These kind of mega gains happen.

10p is very possible for HE1 when you review AIM history. A x 10 from today would be 10p. Other climbers include BOTB which gained x 71 (That's right 7,130%) GGP had a rise of 6,300%, EUA climbed 3,650%, VCP gained 6,312% and ESG went up 4,190%.

The PYC 1p to 30p gain in 4 days could be replicated here.

We all saw what happened with NCYT from 12p to 1200p. There's also been PYC from 1p to 30p in 4 days. It happens. It's a fact.

When this hits 1p and we then get news a x2 or x3 will see it sail past the 2.3p-2.7p range. We have all seen the x 10 with POS, x 15 with GGP, x 30 with SAR and x 39 with TPST. Unloved stocks suddenly become turnaround stocks. HE1 is very much falling in to this category.

Plus POS went x 15 from 2p to over 30p last year. It does happen. Could HE1 be next?

You only have to see what happened with Tempest Therapeutics surging 3,973% in 2 days a couple of months ago to realise that big share price movements can happen. That was a x 39 gain. UPL went x 15 from .5 over to over 7.5p last year. SAR went x 30, Axsome went x54. It happens. i.e. HE1 could be the next mega riser.

UPL went from .5 to 5p. It happened quickly and HE1 has a similar vibe.I wouldn’t be surprised to see a x 10 with HE1.

Hemo rising up to 12-15p a share on FDA news is, I feel, more realistic. e.g. Amarin Corp gained over 300% in one day on FDA approval (A x 3 for Hemo would be 12p a share). Madrigal Pharmaceutical's share price went up over 400% (A x 4 would be 15p a share).

Over the next 12 months we could see a prolonged rise in the Hemo share price, such as the x54 gain at Axsome which rose from $2 per share to $108 dollars in just 12 months.

A x 9/10 gain from here would only take us to where we were before all the tinkering / consolidation.

Messrs Mitchell and Parker have been at the helm during a share price implosion mainly brought on because they failed to raise in the 250p - 300p range and were left with no other option but to go down the RF funding road.

I'm hacked off with them as I was up over x 20 in 2021 and I didn't sell a bean. My fault but they made big noises about creating shareholder value moving forwards and it's evaporated.

I have paid more for my shares than the board.

The last few share holder meetings have not been productive and they've been evasive even on basic shareholder questions.

It really is time for Tim to hold a purely scientific role and for the company to appoint a new CEO in his place. Stephen Parker's tenure as Chair should also draw to a close this year. We've had years of waffling and missed opportunities. Enough is enough.

It gained over 300% in one day on FDA approval, Zosano Pharma soared over 100% and as we know Tempest surged over x 39 (3,973%) in 2 days in October 2023 on the back of FDA approval. Then there's Reata soaring 178% on FDA approval, Madrigal Pharmaceutical's share price going up over 400% and Kala shares soaring 266% on FDA approval. This could be replicated with the HEMO share price soon.

I too have read the Jp morgan paper and a x10 rise from our current share price, as I pointed out earlier this morning, does happen in our industry. It's more likely that we will see 12-15p a share on FDA news but if an on-licencing deal happened then the 25p figure being talked about on here today is more than possible. If this was replicated with the HEMO share price we would all be smiling. I'm sure I'm not alone in hoping for an Axsome style x54 gain this year.

You are quite right about small bio companies surging by as much as 1000%, often on the back of FDA approvals.

One of the best recent examples of pharma share price growth is Axsome Therapeutics, which traded for just $2 per share and went up to $108 dollars a share within 12 months.

In other words 12-15p a share could be coming our way soon.

It's also worth noting that another player in our space, WISE, now has a MCAP of over £9 Billion and a P/E Ratio of over 42. Not a bad business model for GST to replicate! In summary, GST is operating in a massive growth market. Exciting times ahead.

It could also be that investors are wary, Dan55. I was invested in Oxford Pharmascience, which Nigel was CEO of. All I have seen with N4P is a repeat of exactly what happened during his tenure at Oxford Pharmascience. Lots of hype but a gradual decline in the share price. N4P has gone from over 25p in June 2018 to sub 1 p today at 0.92p. I hope NT delivers this time around as Nanogenics and Nuvec have promise. Maybe just maybe this time around NT is going to be successful? He is going to have to deliver a collaboration soon though.
