12-15pence a share is certainly possible for HEMO on the back of a thumbs up from the FDA. This would then mean HEMO going in to clinical trials. That would be a very big moment for HEMO and it could come at any time soon. We could quite easily then see a x2 gain to 30 pence with a licencing deal. So, Mr India's x 10 prediction at 30 pence a share could come off in 2024. We have seen it numerous times with other pharma companies.

There are simply better Chairman and CEO candidates, I agree, out there for the next stage of the SAR journey. This needs to be recognised and not shot down in flames. Our chair has done his bit, thank you, but in every business there comes a time when you hand over the reins to another. 460p+ to below 60p in a short period of time is not good corporate stewardship. The financing should have been done at 250p+. It wasn't and this has meant going down the RF route. If we are not careful we will be in an MGC (where SP is a Non Exec) rinse and repeat situation. LTH's at MGC were nearly wiped out with a 1000-1 drastic share consolidation and heavily discounted share issue to raise capital. The danger signs are flashing. TM also needs to just concentrate on the science and admit that being a CEO of a plc is not his forte. i.e. it's just not good enough being a great scientist. We need dynamic presenters who can inspire confidence in the business model at both CEO and Chair levels.

I hold 128,000 shares (6.4million pre the ridiculous tinkering) and I would be prepared to put these in to a collective vote to replace Stephen Parker as Chairman. I was up nearly 2,500% on June 16th, 2021, when we hit 462.p (9.25p). Over 400 pence has been wiped off the share price since then.

The fact that they are on boarding a select number of institutional participants is obviously encouraging as that would appear to be creating the volume witnessed recently. I'm not sure that this is "old news". It's the reason for the spike in volume on the GS20Exchange surely? Anyway, I will leave you to it.

Here Here. All LTH's believe in the science. However if you look at the share price performance of SAR and MGC (S Parker involved in both) small pi's have been wiped out at MGC with a rinse and repeat of approx 1-1000 consolidation (I kid you not) and the SAR share price is down to the equivalent of where it was many years ago. We have every right, as shareholders, to question the ability of the Chairman presiding over such an investor debacle. HNWI's will maybe think twice if they get the call now and that's a shame as it probably is the best route out of this mess. Many of us on here have probably invested far more of our cash than the Chairman or the board. PI shares have been bought on the open market not awarded to us and what about the pension contributions for TM and JR over the last 19 years to add in to the mix. Nice. And as for that "Hot air from posters who couldn’t run a whelk stall" comment posted on here by someone today. What a load of condescending rubbish. I would wager that many on here have run successful companies & / or sold their businesses. We are probably much better equipped to judge whether the company is being run in the best interests of PI shareholders. The answer is a resounding "no" over the last 2 years.

Great quote and it certainly is true that good connections get you up the slippery slope in commerce. Having the former boss of the FDA in the Prevail camp is a master stroke for Hemogenyx . I would like to gently remind everyone that with FDA approval RENX rose from 75p - 155p in two weeks. i.e. a 100% gain. Plus the shares of Reata Pharmaceuticals multi-bagged x 3 in just one day earlier this year after the FDA gave its approval. Their share price has subsequently multi-bagged over 5 times since March of this year. Therefore a share price for Hemogenyx of 12-15p is possible on FDA news and then going in to clinical trials.

Shares of Reata Pharmaceuticals tripled in value in just one day in March 2023 after the FDA gave its approval. The share price jumped to $93 from $31.17 the previous day. It is now $172 a share. That is a x 5.5+ multibag gain since March of this year. So, 12-15p a share is possible for HEMO I would suggest on FDA news and going in to clinical trials.

When the FDA granted marketing authorisation for Renalytix's Kidney prognostic testing platform the shares jumped from 75p to 145p in 2 weeks (& went intra day to 155p. i.e. 100% gain). I think we will see a much bigger gain here. e.g. more akin to the 2020 rise from 1p to 15p that saw HEMO one of the most talked about shares at the time.

Warthog the key message for me from Brighty's list is Johnson and Johnson's patent expiry date. This is a wow moment and an excellent reminder to Sareum's BoD plus investors about the massive opportunity we have with psoriasis for SDC1801. The "long list" provided of patents expiring soon is incredible. I hope, like you do Warthog, that our BoD are as switched on as some of the posters on here.

Freddieboy, I'm hoping for a Tempest Therapeutics style rise for ValiRx. They went up x39 last month. A similar Bloomberg headline, below, for VAL would be worth it and make most of us on here very happy:

So what you are saying is that Takeda and Tim Mitchell have already worked together successfully? Wow. If so, that is interesting. I had always thought Merck, GSK or Amgen would be the likely SAR suitors. With the Japanese news today it does make you wonder about Takeda as a licencing or takeover partner.

I agree with you. I won't be investing in any more companies that Stephen Parker is involved in. Period. I'm going to watch what he does at Sareum like a hawk from now on. What's un-folded at MGC is the final straw for me. The chumocracy of the last Sareum AGM & the very evasive approach to share holder questions at the recent Sareum investor meet is becoming very concerning. We should have raised millions at 250p+. The current SAR financing deal is crucifying investor sentiment and the share price. We need a new Chairman.
