It is more than likely that a major player is going to want to do a JV deal with HE1 and soon. It will be interesting to see how our CEO and BOD handle this scenario to create maximum shareholder impact.

For example:

RNS 1: confirmation that they are in talks with a major player.

RNS 2: Mou / JV signed with a major player.

RNS 3: Confirmation of terms.

It's called news management for a reason.

Lets hope HE1 tickle the market first with 1, 2 and then 3 for maximum effect.

With Helium at almost 9,000 times above background levels and Hydrogen also flowing to the surface at over 37,000 times above background levels you can see why people think 10p by the end of February is a shoe in. It will be if we get RNS 1 and if we get RNS 2 and RNS 3 then the share price is going to soar.

There is also the possibility of RNS 4: A Takeover. Now, that would see the share price go to the moon.

The Times rates HE1 as a "BUY". No wonder Liberum has an initial 20p target. From The foot of the Times article "Our take: The update represents a significant event for HE1 with results from the down hole well testing confirming the presence of a producing helium province in the Rukwa Rift Basin. Flowing helium to surface in high concentrations will be well received by investors ahead of further evaluation to determine commerciality. BUY".

That timeline would fit with previous announcements from other players when they have big news to impart. Our CEO was quoted in the RNS about "advancing this project in the most effective way. One that will aim to achieve commerciality at the earliest opportunity". i.e. we are not going to hang around and code for this is too big for us and we need an Exxon, Linde etc for a JV. Watch this space. Plus, don't forget that Rockhopper (RKH) went from 15p to 450p on good news & Greatland (GGP) went x 65 from .55p to over 35p. Big gains do happen and a Resource Confirmation & Flow announcement will help clarify the mammoth quantities of Helium and Hydrogen discovered by HE1.

The big boys (such as Exxon, Linde, APD etc) will want a piece of the HE1 Itumbula West-1 action soon enough. 30p a share could be here sooner than many might realise with an EIJV. Don't forget that from here 30p is only a multiple of x 10 of our current share price. We've seen many share prices go up much more than that. e.g. NCYT went up x 100.

A short update from HE1 to confirm that it is in discussions to sign a Term Sheet for an earn-in and joint venture agreement with a third party and this will soar. It could be hours, days or weeks away. Normally, a Term Sheet in this sector occurs prior to an MOU or JV. i.e. they could be sifting through who would be the best partner already. Watch this space.

Based on what we have seen with other share prices 20p a share looks a bit conservative. We've all seen many sublime rises, including the recent x 39 rise in 2 trading days at TPST 3 months ago. That 3,900% gain happened within 24 hours!

Last year we also saw POS x 10 and a couple of years ago we saw ARB x 60 and prior to that PYC accomplished a x 34 in 4 trading days. Back in 2021 SAR went x 30 plus who can forget Axsome doing x 54 in 12 months? Then of course there's NCYT achieving a x 100. i.e. 20p could happen but many on here are expecting HE1 to go much much higher in due course.

10p is very possible. You have to factor in that this is too big for HE1 to go it alone. We need an Exxon, Linde etc for a JV. Watch out for a Heads of Terms / MOU / JV RNS next. A sniff of a JV and the share price goes to 10p. An actual JV will see the share price soar, as happened with Greatland, which went up from 3p to 30p.

Seasoned investors will already be thinking which global player isn't going to want a project with helium almost nine thousand times above background levels and Hydrogen also flowing to the surface at over thirty-seven thousand times above background levels. This is so big for little HE1 that a JV is surely going to be coming our way very soon.

20p is just for starters, I would suggest. For example, SAR went x 30, Axsome went x 54, ARB went x 60 and NCYT went x 100.

Your 10p a share prediction in February and then as you say £1+ a share in the next year or two could happen. Some on here will remember Sound Energy (SOU) going from under 2p to 90p and Rockhopper (RKH) going from 15p to 450p. Big gains do happen with BIG news. Those that have done their research and have read HE1's update and watched the video interview have made their minds up that this is going to be very BIG. They know that they are on to a winner with HE1.

Your 28p target is not far off my 30p my exit price! I expect it after a JV or takeover. It could be swift or take a few months but 30p is where i think we are heading with HE1 based on the incredible update today.

When Greatland (GGP) signed their JV agreement with Newcrest GGP's share price went from under 3p to over 35p and for those invested in GGP since the 0.55 days of 2018 saw a x65 increase in their holding. We could be about to see something similar here. Pretty sure HE1 will follow suit with a JV. That's when the share price is really going to rocket.

In answer to your question, global suitors in the Helium space could include: Linde (Mcap today is £60+ Billion). Exxon (Mcap today is$410 Billion) or perhaps APD (Mcap today is $56 Billion). A JV / MOU with a major player like one of these would see the share price soar but a takeover for the Helium reserves at Itumbula by a suitor such as Exxon, Linde or APD would see the HE1 share price go to the moon.

With the right kind of news 10p for HE1 is realistic in the very short term. A JV from a multi-national would see HE1 way past 10p.
