7p now and a reminder that shares of Reata Pharmaceuticals tripled in value in just one day in March 2023 after the FDA gave its approval. The share price jumped to $93 from $31.17 the previous day. It is now $172 a share. So, 12-15p a share and soon is possible for HEMO I would suggest.

A brilliant day for HEMO and its shareholders. It's been a long time coming. With FDA approval we will start to see our share price climb significantly. RENX rose from 75p - 155p in two weeks with FDA consent. i.e. a 100% gain. Plus the shares of Reata Pharmaceuticals multi-bagged x 3 in just one day last year after the FDA gave its approval. Their share price has subsequently multi-bagged over 5 times since March 2023. Therefore a share price for Hemogenyx of 12-15p is possible in the coming days with this FDA news. Anyway, fantastic to wake up to this as we move in to clinical trials and a much higher share price. Looks like a rise to 30p by year end is possible and much higher with a licencing deal.

I concur with your 30p prediction in due course. Linde (71 Billion), Exxon (406 Billion), Apd (48 Billion), Air Liquide (89 Billion) etc are all multi billion businesses that could be looking at a JV/MOU with HE1. The share price would then certainly replicate a GGP scenario of 3p to 30p+. These type of big gains do happen as we have seen time and time again. It will be interesting to see how the BOD handle a JV approach. Will they RNS a "We are in talks with an undisclosed global company" or will they just go for the big JV announcement? Either way, the share price is going to respond very very favourably.

It is essential to hi-tech products such as computer and smartphone components, MRI systems, medical treatments, superconducting magnets, fibre optic cables, microscopes, particle accelerators and space rocket launches – NASA is a major customer.

A JV or takeover of HE1 could be on the cards. There are multiple billion dollar global players who will want to monetise what HE1 are potentially sitting on at the Itumbula West-1 well. e.g. Exxon, Linde, Apd, Air Liquide etc.

Multi-bags do happen. HE1 looks like it will be joining the likes of:

BOTB which multibagged x 71 at 7,130%

GGP which multibagged x 63 at 6,300%

EUA which multibagged x 36 at 3,650%

VCP which multibagged x 63 at 6,312%

& ESG which multibagged x 41 at 4,190%.

Don't let people tell you that these type of multi-bags don't happen. They do!

Last year we also saw POS multibag x 15 from 2p to over 30P

Prior to that PYC accomplished a x 34 multibag in 4 trading days rising from 1p to 34p.

Yes, Musicman99, the lessons from ARB are very relevant here. It went from 10p in December 2020 to over 300p two months later in February 2021. i.e. a gain of 290p in under 80 days. These kind of mega gains do happen. You just have to be in the right share. HE1 is looking like it could replicate ARB's X 30.

The reality is that if a JV is announced we know that HE1 will multi-bag significantly. We've all seen multi-bags such as SAR up x 30, TPST up x 39, Axsome up x 54, ARB up x 60, NCYT up x 100. In the exploration sector in which we operate Sound Energy (SOU) went up x 45 from under 2p to 90p, Greatland GGP went from .55 to over 30p and Rockhopper (RKH) went from 15p to 450p to name just a few. BIG gains do happen and if we get a JV / MOU / Heads of Terms RNS then we too will see the HE1 share price multi-bag considerably.

Yes, with day to day trading that view is 100% spot on but fair value and charts tend to go out the window when momentum gathers pace. Although, the Interactive Investor FV update today to 5.925p is probably correct in the very short term.

However, when the next HE1 RNS happens and it's a JV announcement, for instance, then the charts will become redundant. The impetus will be huge. e.g. When Greatland (GGP) signed their JV agreement with Newcrest GGP's share price went from under 3p to over 35p and for those invested in GGP since the 0.55 days of 2018 saw a x65 increase in their holding. We could be about to see something similar here. Pretty sure HE1 will follow suit with a JV. That is when the share price is really going to rocket and when the fair value and charts will look as though they are from a bygone age.

HE1 looks as though it's the next Rockhopper and Greatland. Don't forget that RKH went from 15p to 450p on good news and Greatland went from under 3p to 35p on their good news.

The big question for investors is which global player is going to do a JV or a takeover of HE1? Itumbula West-1 with helium flows of 4.7% (very big news in our sector) with helium almost 9,000 times above background levels and Hydrogen flowing to the surface at over 37,000 times above background levels is massive news in our industry. This is so big for HE1 that a JV or an outright takeover is the only way to proceed.

Yes a global helium player such as Exxon (Mcap of 406 Billion) could very well want a piece of the HE1 Itumbula West-1 action as a EIJV. 20p a share could be here sooner than many might realise with a partnership with a key player such as Exxon. Don't forget that from here 20p is only a multiple of x 9 of our current share price. We've seen many share prices go up much more than that. e.g. NCYT went up x 100.

Yes, 50p a share is only x 20 the current HE1 share price of 2.50p. We've seen NCYT go up x 100 and ARB go up x 100. We've also seen in our sector Greatland (GGP) and Rockhopper (RKH) rocket likewise. HE1's trajectory looks to be mirroring NCYT, ARB, RKH and GGP.

22p is only X 9 from the current HE1 price today of 2.45p. It could happen in days / weeks with a JV. We've seen many mega gains before. Hence my 30p prediction for the short-medium term.

The early investors in Argo Blockchain (ARB) saw their investment rise X100 from under 3p to over 300p in 24 months between Feb 2019 and Feb 2021. The big rise happened in the 2 month period between Dec 2020 to Feb 2021 when the price rose from 10p to over 300p. That is why patience is a virtue. Imagine where HE1 could be within a similar 2 month window with a JV /MOU or takeover: 30p per share. It happened with ARB.
