This long term holder is here for the end game! I have just over 6.5million shares in Sareum built up over a ten year period. I have done my research over the years and I am with Thoth and co regarding Sareum heading to over a £1 a share in due course. When you have shares in a company that has its global patent ducks in a row and has recently produced data showing that SDC-1801 is superior to Dexamethasone in a Govt funded Covid trial & that SRA 737 works in combo with Astra Zeneca's WEE1, Merck’s Keytruda, Eli Lilly's Gemcitabine you know you are sitting on a gold mine. A blockbuster takeover of Sareum looks very conceivable. Which major global pharma isn't going to want SDC1801, SDC1802 or SRA737 as part of their portfolio? I'm holding for a takeover or blockbuster licencing deal. It has always been about the science and not the sentiment for me.

Here here! I'm not selling any of my shares until a takeover happens. I have no doubt at all that I am invested in a winner with SAR.

16th Dec everyone and as Brighty points out prior to the AGM last year we had 2 RNS' following the Notice RNS.

The end of 2022 is more appropriate for share price predictions and I expect and believe Sareum will be over £1 a share by then, at least. It's a pivotal few months coming up for the company and it is going to be transformational.

When this hits Thoth's 28p a share in due course and then £1+ a share who will really care about a bit of risk and reward from the directors? It's hardly mega bucks that they are making from this transaction. It's just a replacement of lost salary as far as I can see. The reality is that it is highly likely that SDC1801, SDC1802 and SRA737 will make many investors on here very happy (& wealthy). Well done Tim and John for taking a small bit of cash out of the business as a reward is what I say. The only downside for me is the timing. I would have been happier if they had done this before the Investor meet roadshow.

The upbeat SRA737 messaging was particularly encouraging and most welcome, especially as we know that in combo with Astra Zeneca's WEE1, Merck’s Keytruda and Eli Lilly's Gemcitabine SRA737 has been proven to be an outstanding success story. That equates to mega money in our sector plus we have Stephen Parker's cryptic tweet today re Tyk2. So, which is going to be our fist blockbuster deal: SRA 737, SDC 1801 or SDC1802....

At long last. Another indicator we are moving from the championship and in to the Premier League. I'm with GlenF and others re M&A activity / the Takeover Panel. I fully expect that we will be requiring Peel Hunt's expertise on this soon.

Top post. In support of what Elcap has written I do remember quite a while back Elcap and Brighty rattling the Bod's cage. A response from Stephen Parker was forthcoming and was posted on here. Over the years others such as Fadec, Citizen, Desamax, Thoth etc have also helped in pushing the bod to confirm data via RNS. These guys have earned their spurs. Thanks to them the upshot has been the very useful investor meet programme. We have the best researched bb on lse. Many of us have been invested in Sareum for years because we have shared knowledge and research on here and we know that the potential is clearly huge. Roll on next week when we will hear from the bod. Until then it is just speculation.

BoilB, completely right this is "booming briliant" to have this confirmed: "decision made to develop potentially higher-value capsule formulations rather than orally dosed solutions". A capsule (tablet) has been much talked about here as the most lucrative way to proceed. They've now announced it. Wow. Tim also very upbeat about SRA737 moving forward according to the final paragraph of his quote. As and when that happens this will take us to Thoths 28p alone. It is becoming pretty clear that SDC1801, SDC1802 and SRA737 are rapidly becoming very attractive to HNWI’s. The latest HNWI buying £1million Sareum shares is going to be wanting to make at least 5 - 10 million profit from their £1 million investment in Sareum I would have thought. That would suggest that they have a share price of 40p - 70p in mind (at least). The only question is will it be a takeover or block buster licencing deal that takes us there? An interesting few weeks ahead coming up.

When the news is actually confirmed this will be the launch pad to Thoths 28p before we head appreciably higher to £££'s. I have conducted my due diligence over the years and for me I am with Thoth, WIP, Afham, PhilBoro, AndyMc, Brighty, Stoney, steadydanny, RMM & co regarding Sareum heading to over a £1 a share. The billions spent on licencing and acquisitions in the pharmaceutical sector is what gives me the greatest certainty that the Sareum science is the real deal from both an investment and scientific point of view. I won't be selling any of my shares as it is unquestionably Sareum’s time to shine.

Yes, It's the x 1 to 15p we are focusing on next and then the following x 1 to 30p etc. We can all see for our own eyes that significant buys from HNWI (s) and well heeled PI's are happening every day. There's bound to be a few sells along the way but the overall travel of the share price in 2021 is clearly in one direction, upwards.

You are absolutely right Thoth. It's all about the science. I'm also with you and several others re the various posts about Merck. It's the most logical commercial fit for Sareum following the Keytruda SRA737 Combo trial data and low dose gem + PD-L1 success from 2018 and 2019. I wonder if GSK would be happy to see Sareum become part of Merck though? A bidding war would be great for SAR shareholders....

I think Stoney, Brighty, Potnak and Aberystwyth are all correct albeit that they are coming at it from different angles. John Reader is certainly quoted in the UKRI RNS dated December 3rd talking about SDC1801's anti viral potency. "Alongside vaccines, there is a pressing need for new therapies to treat severe respiratory inflammation arising from viral infections such as Covid-19 and compelling scientific evidence to show that TYK2/JAK1 signalling may play an important role in the inflammatory cascade that leads to the cytokine storm observed in some patients". It looks as though the FT has got wind of some news that could start to emerge soon. Whether it is to do with Sareum is anyone's guess but John Reader's quote is certainly interesting.
