A blockbuster takeover of Sareum looks very conceivable. Which major global pharma isn't going to want SDC1801, SDC1802 or SRA737 as part of their portfolio? It is very encouraging for SAR shareholders that 50% of pharma pipelines are being externally sourced these days and with its low toxicity SDC1801 could be the real deal and worth billions to a licencing partner or a suitor. it really does make you wonder how many billions Sareum is going to be worth soon.

Bearing in mind he is not a "ramper" our Chairman's Twitter feed is certainly arousing one's curiosity these days. The final pieces of the Sareum jigsaw are all coming together perfectly for the end game of a huge takeover or licencing deal. Tim basically says as much in his statement about "ongoing partnering activities". Moreover the line that SDC1801 clinical trials are to commence (subject to gaining the requisite approval and funding) is also exceptionally encouraging news. More HNWI investors will be getting their cheque books out for sure after that RNS today. I'm expecting a deal announcement with a major global pharmaceutical company in 2021. It is pretty clear that we are heading to Thoth's £1+ a share without a doubt.

He or she will be wanting to make at least 5 - 10 million profit from their £1 million investment in SAR. That would indicate that they have a share price of 40p - 70p in mind. i.e. a £1billion+ price tag. Sareum now has a very realistic opportunity of achieving 20p soon before moving up another x1 to 40p a share. It is pretty obvious that the latest HNWI buyng £1million Sareum shares a few days ago isn't investing to make a paltry 10% gain. They will no doubt be wanting to make at least 5 - 10 million profit from their £1 million investment in Sareum. That would suggest that they have a share price of 40p - 70p in mind. i.e. a £1billion+ price tag. Interestingly, Kymab (co-founded by Sareum NED Dr Owen) was sold for a similar amount to Sanoffi earlier this year.

Interesting that Thoth was predicting 17p by the end of July - we might get close to that today or next week. 10p+ share price today on the back of that announcement. This provides a great launch pad x 1 to 20p and then with a licencing deal, Agile Covid update, 737 or a takeover another x 1 or x 2 to 40-60p minimum.

HNWI's investing £3.4million in SAR over the last few weeks plus the relentless buying at 8.5p to 9.25p today rather supports the saying "Follow The Money". As investors are buying at these prices in their droves you can only conclude that they think the share price is going much much higher soon.

I'm not considering selling any of my millions of shares until a licencing deal or takeover is confirmed. Everyone has their exit plans but I haven't waited all this time to sell at these prices. I'm here for the big bucks.

Another key point to remember is that x 1 from here takes the share price to 18p and then the following x 1 to 36p etc. i.e. It is not inconceivable that Sareum's share price could be over 20p soon.

A £3.2 billion NHS contract has just been announced for our sector This has a number of very interesting ramifications for pharmaceutical cos (there’s already quite a stir online about why does the Govt wish to spend this huge amount if the vaccines are working?) but more importantly for Sareum investors it also demonstrates the billions the Govt are willing to spend in our space. The main reason for posting this is to say to the doubters just look at the magnitude of these kind of tenders. I.e our sector deals in billion pound deals.

The latest HNWI spending £1million on Sareum shares at 7p is not going to be investing to make a quick 10% gain. They will be probably looking to make 5 - 10 million profit (minimum) from their investment in Sareum. I would suggest therefore that they have a share price of 40p - 70p in mind. i.e. a £1billion+ price tag is rationale.
